I've been using Allstate since I shared a policy with my parents. I've since then had my own, and the rates, communication and deadlines have been extremely fair. Look forward to continuing my experience with them.

Didn't cancel my policy after I irresponsibly missed a payment well beyond when it was due. Not only that, the late-fee was waived too. All without me having to ask or appeal.These guys did me a solid I didn't deserve and I won't forget it.
