“Great place to get an e-bike. Friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you know what you are getting. Only store with evening hours that I found. I got the bike home, assembled and ready to ride when it warms up. Thanks!”

“It is owned by great couple who are always ready to help me. Whether it’s changing my tires or providing information about the Boulder bike rebate program. He took the time to explain electric bikes, and find which one I need.”

“I had the best experience at Trek broomfield. I hadn't had a bike since I was a child and they absolutely took care of me. No question was too small or too silly. They made me feel at home and this will be my only bike shop.”

“I shipped my bike from Philly to Trek Bicycle Boulder and it was missing a piece for the seatpost. The Trek store manager called three local shops to find the component. No luck. They even called the Philly shop on my behalf. Eventually the Philly shop had the component overnight shipped directly to Trek Boulder and Trek rebuilt the bike that day. Moreover, Trek provided a loaner bike since so that I wouldn't miss riding on two beautiful 70 degree days. I can't thank Jim (store manager) and Courtney (expert bike mechanic) for their amazing service. I was so impressed that I brought my wife to the store the next day. She purchased the Trek model that was the same as the loaner that I used. Trek Bicycle Boulder is now "our" shop. Well done.”

“Full Cycle Bikes is an absolute game-changer! After years of searching for the perfect bike shop, I stumbled upon Full Cycle and was blown away by their exceptional service and offerings. Unlike other local shops, Full Cycle went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. Not only did they have an impressive range of mountain bikes, but the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect fit for my needs. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring I found the ideal bikes and gear was truly remarkable. In the end, I not only walked away with two fantastic mountain bikes but also a top-of-the-line rack and some essential gear. The experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish, thanks to the team's expertise and genuine enthusiasm for what they do. Full Cycle Bikes has set the bar high for customer service and product offerings. If you're in the market for bikes and gear, look no further than Full Cycle. “I have bought four bikes from Excel over the last 6 years. I am modifying my review as the last bike I bought was a Tarmac SL7. I asked to be fitted on it for stack and reach. Excel adjusted the bike seat and position but that was it. The frame size was correct. But I got back pains and numb hands. After increasing the tire size to 32mm, which helped, I went to a professional fitter at Mike’s Bikes. She was hugely helpful by moving my seat forward, changing the seat angle, rotating the bars up, the hoods inward, etc.. She said the stem length that Excel had on the bike was too long and the cranks were too long for my size. I reached out to Greg to see if he could help and he did sell me the stem and crankset needed. Bottom line, get fitted.”

“Idk how this place has so many negative reviews, seems like maybe ownership changed hands? Every time I've stopped in, every single worker has been more than helpful. I am such a novice biker, and these guys have shown me fixes before without charging me, they've serviced my road and mountain bikes, and most recently showed me which pedal and cleat combinations would work, as well as showing me better shoes that I will be returning for when I am a little more seasoned. I really appreciate the knowledge sharing, lack of upsell pressure, and just helping people like me get on the road easier and more proficiently with something they're very passionate about.”
