I've had both a factory softtop and hardtop. The factory softtop was OK, but the windows always looked like Pringles, it leaked sometimes, and the windows were hard to get in and out. The hardtop was great, but during spring, summer, and fall... It was hard to take off the whole thing.Enter the TrekTop. I first liked it because of the slant back look. It made my Bronco look a lot more sporty. The windows are smooth looking and easier to get in and out. The sides seal nicely and it's easy to put up and down. After having it for about 10 months, I had a little issue. I contacted their customer support and...wow! I was impressed by how well they take care of their customers. They were all very friendly and worked hard to resolve the issue in a very timely fashion. Little things can always happen, no matter how great the quality, but with a customer support team like they have... trust me, this company is great!

I can’t say enough good things about BesTop!! I visited their location in Louisville, CO to seek assistance with my Sunrider for Hardtop roof. Shawna Sweeney along with many other BesTop members went above and beyond to help me. They discovered a minor manufacturing issue with the top and as a result replaced it with an upgraded unit! Outstanding customer service and extremely courteous and friendly staff! Highly recommend BesTop!Eddie Shelton, retired Air Force veteran

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEORIGINAL REVIEW: 22 July 2023It’s been over 1 month since I have reached out to Bestop, not even a call back or response through email. Best top has also responded to every review in the last 4 weeks, except for one - mine. Ironic? Nope, that’s just how discriminatory Bestop is as a company. I haven’t yet to find any employee at Best top that has an ounce of accountability when their customers reach out to them with an issue. Thanks Selena, Crystal & CarrieOriginal Review:Terrible customer service and support from a longtime customer, it’s like they just play pretend.I have asked Bestop for all sorts of help, given ideas and suggestions to help this disabled combat veteran and his service dog. However Bestop won’t even hold a fundraiser for this disabled combat veteran who was recently shot at on Memorial Day 2023 or even make a donation to help us get back into housing. Yet they will claim they do so much for the off-road or Colorado community. Well here we are a disabled homeless combat veteran & ptsd service dog?I asked if the the Bestop team could help me in any way shape or form, and was asked to email in and did. I have emailed in and called, and yet I have never even a phone call in return despite leaving messages. It’s almost like Crystal & Cassie are purposefully avoiding me asking for help, which in itself is sad. I don’t know what I did to deserve to be treated like such, but the one thing I will tell you is I won’t let this slide.Its companies like Bestop who say one thing than do another that truly give the off-road & jeep a bad name. Bestop will tell you as a Colorado native that if you ever need help, to reach out to them; esp as a Veteran. Well here I am, a 100% disabled combat veteran who was injured in Afghanistan and ironically have been reaching out to you for about a month. You say want to help? You won’t connect me with anyone at Jeep? You claim no one at Bestop knows anyone that rents properties? You ignore the fact I’ve asked Bestop to start a fundraiser to help us get the housing accommodations we need since we can’t use our Va home loan because of our debt to income ratio.I mean what a horrible way to conduct yourself. As a Coloradan I will never buy another Bestop Product again. As it’s very clear they do not support their own local Colorado disabled veterans, unless they benefit from it or can write it off in some way shape or form.

I was looking for a softopper bed cap for my truck and realized this company is based 15 minutes from where I live. I walked in the front door and met with the salesman that guided me through finding exactly what I wanted. He even brought me sample material to judge what color would look best on my truck then ten minutes later I was walking out the door with the box.

Horrible experience with their customer service. Attempted online chat twice and got no one during business hours, then waiting on the phone for several minutes after being told I would talk to someone. Called back and when I got a hold of someone and stated I wanted to return an item, they suddenly had a "bad connection" and hung up. Horrrible and will never use them again.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. I had an issue with my top coming loose while driving. I paid Bestop for the top to be installed by one of their outsourced contractors. I notified Bestop in early Sept of this issue. I am the one who had to initiate almost every communication since then to follow up or get more information. They told me it could up to 6months to resolve the issue and eventually offered to refund just the cost of the top, not install, but I had to destroy the top and send pictures. I destroyed the top and submitted the photos the first week of November. I was told a refund would be issued to the original payment method in 7-10 business days. I had to follow up after that time, only to find out nothing was issued and they had to send me a check and that it would take 7-12 business days. I inquired about that check a few days before the 12th business day and got a reply saying "Hello,Please allow until at least 12/15/23 for an update on this.". Well, I send an email on Dec 15th and get a reply yesterday (the 18th) saying "I contacted my accounting team regarding this issue and should have a response by the end of the day 12.22.23. Thank you for your continued patience as I get this issue resolved." This situation has gone way past unreasonable. My original reporting date was early Sept. It's now 3 weeks into Dec. I have no top on my truck because I had to destroy it to get a refund, but I am not getting my refund in any reasonable time. To take over 3 months to get this resolved is excessive.

I bought a replacement soft top back window for my Jeep and my hubby and I couldn't get it installed correctly. I called and spoke with Mariah and asked if someone could install it for me. She checked with her supervisor and yes, I could bring the Jeep by and she would have it installed for no charge. David & her installed it and they were so nice and happy to help. Above & beyond customer service!

I had an incredible experience with the Bestop ! As they have in their name they are best! I bought a fastback top from them and the quality of product is phenomenal just like their service. I don’t feel like replacing it in winter too. Also , their generosity in replacing a part free of charge truly exceeded my expectations. The outstanding service and dedication they displayed have won me over as a loyal customer. Ever loyal to besttop ! Thank you for going above and beyond!

After one summer my top has sagged out and will not stay fastened in the tracks. Its colder out now and is it still saggy. The sides some open at the bottom when I drive and then the wind forces the rest of the flaps out of their tracks. No reply back from my warranty claim.

I damaged my rear window in my NX Glide. Emailed customer service at Bestop and got an almost immediate response. Received my new back window within 4 days. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service

Michelle was by far the Best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She seems to know her Stuff and was humorous and very matter of fact knew what I needed! An Excellent example or Fantastic customer service. Best Top should be very thankful that she is employed by them. She also gave high praise to Best Top on how good they are to their employees! Loved dealing with her!!

Have had few small issues with new top for Bronco which looks awesome…email and call responsiveness for Bestop customer support is a breath or fresh air. Extremely patient, caring and they truly want to help. Only great experiences!!! Thank you.

Super Top 2 seems really nice… but I really have no way of confirming whether my $1000 top is going work well or not because it was shipped to me with a simple piece of metal that connects two parts with a poorly machined hole. I tried everything to get the screw in before it was stuck half way in and would not come out. I called someone by phone who talked a lot but couldn’t seem to understand anything I was saying. I then submitted a warranty claim online which took 2 weeks for them to get back to me that they’d be happy to ship me a replacement part in 6-8 weeks. Meanwhile my top is just sitting in my garage.Received my top in May… it’s now late July… still haven’t received the part.The fabric part seems really nice. But the metal frame is really poorly designed and built. Also it’s insane they don’t have an install video. The instructions are really weak. Expected more
