We had to move here under incredibly troubling circumstances and it has been difficult set up accounts and get the ball rolling on multiple financial goals. Not only did they work all day to fix it they also looked up community resources for us. This bank is wonderful. They also really took the time to listen to us. That really mattered to us as well. “I am so lucky today to have the service of this banker lady! Her professional service was stunning! Her name is Michelle Renee Ruvalcaba. I had to get my document notarized with my friend. And when I got to the bank there was a line, I was waiting. She called me to confirm my appointment by phone call (which most places don’t do), and I was letting her know I had to wait for my friend in traffic. She was so kind and allowed me to keep my appointment and wait for my friend to show up. After that, she went above and beyond to take a copy for us with documents to keep. “Every time I've gone to Delco in Louisville Colorado, angry because either my car doesn't work, or my PIN number. I've realized each time that the issue was mine, or my error and not monitoring my account. And each time I've been greeted with nothing less than the friendliest courtesy, and the best customer service that one can expect. Sandra and Matthew in Louisville are a great example of what I mean. I was in and out in 17 minutes after closing and reopening another account and making a payment on a third.
