After seeing a sign posted saying 50% off through Oct. 29, 30 & 31st I go to check out and the cashier first says it's only 50% off on Halloween. After showing her the flyer clearly stating the 3 days they were supposed to have a sale, she still refused to honor their posted discounts for not only me but the whole store.

Great place to upcycle stuff you don't need, and they always have something I need.

I’ve been thrifting at this arc for 5 years now and in the past found some decent stuff, sometime even for decent prices. But lately every time I go, I actually get angry at the absurdity of the prices. $10 for a paper thin sweater made of polyester? $12 for a tiny glass jar that can’t be worth more than $1? $16 for a set of small sculptures? This will probably be my last time visiting this specific arc because what’s even the point anymore? (No shade to the employees of course, they are always friendly and kind. My anger is directed at the greed of corporations that has been affecting every secondhand store in the past five years)

Friendly staff, lots of useful stuff, a ton of books and clothes only complaint is the pricing is inconsistent but it goes to charity so it's not that bothersome.

Prices are skyrocketing and the shelves are filling up with overpriced junk. Shirts that used to be $2.99 are now $5.99, even if it's a junk Fruit of the loom middle school event shirt. Pants $15.99 and above. Wares are as expensive as buying new sometimes, if not more. Take for example this Ozark trail cast iron ($9 at Walmart) for $17!!!! What a steal(ing from their customers)

Couple months ago my Downs Daughter applied at this store only to be completely ignored so I called asked for a manager, a very huffy woman got on the phone & refused to confirm she was management as well refused her name! Called back a while later asked for manager she claimed she was & April was her name, followed with “What’s up?!” Hung up called Corporate Michael Madison, left message however upon talking with him & sharing concerns not only about the “manager” but also about my Daughters information due to the behavior. He sends me to HR, no response as of yet. Now I will file complaint with the State & agencies that protect ! We shopped ARC stores throughout the State but never received any help in 42 years. Due to a huge lack of vetting now have to worry about confidential information being put in unscrupulous hands!

My daughter was treated so poorly by an employee named April that she came home in tears. She was trying to use a 4th of July coupon. April took all my daughter’s items and said she couldn’t purchase them today. April didn’t explain herself or point to any posted store policy.

I've been a regular at this thrift store for years, but lately, I've noticed a significant and disappointing change. The prices for worn, sometimes even damaged clothing have become outrageously high. It's baffling to see items with holes or heavy wear being sold at such HIGH prices. I EVEN CAME ACROSS A JACKET PRICED THE SAME AS A BRAND-NEW ONE FROM A RETAIL STORE!
What's going on with this place? It used to be a reliable spot for affordable finds, but now it feels like they're out of touch with their customers. Especially given the current economic climate, where inflation is hitting everyone hard, it's frustrating to see a thrift store—traditionally a more affordable option—charging so much.
I hope management reconsiders their pricing strategy. Until then, I can't recommend this store to anyone looking for budget-friendly second-hand clothes. It's a real shame, as it used to be a gem in the community.

Very good selection and some nice quality if you’re willing to dig, good for colorful clothing too.

I use to love shopping here. The customer service is some of the worst I have witnessed.
There was a line at the fitting rooms, about 8-10 people waiting. 3 of the rooms were locked and empty. I asked an employee if they could open the other empty rooms to help the line. There were 3 employees standing together who said no, they didn’t have enough employees working to do so. I got back in line and then waited, for 30 minutes, and watched those employees stand around talking to each other while the line grew larger and larger. More people asked if they could open the rooms, they continued to say no.
Everyone was growing increasingly frustrated and started trying on clothes in the isles. They came on the intercom and asked people not to do that, instead of just opening the empty rooms. They came back on the intercom and asked people to move quickly and limit their time in the rooms because of the line. It made absolutely no sense.
I got to the counter and the young lady working was incredibly rude, didn’t speak, take the hangers off the items purchase or apologize for the wait time.
They finally opened the dressing rooms after so many people asked. It was some of the worst customer service I have seen. Not a single person cared. I love this thrift store and the items are fantastic but the experience has significantly gone down hill.

Well organized and stocked with what appear to be local items not just whatever. Clothing is usually organized by color (ala goodwill) which is a huge bonus. Prices are higher on some items due to the area.

I happen to visit during 50% discount day every Tuesday! Seniors are 55 and over. Be careful though, not every tag color is discounted. I found the glass wear I was looking for at 1/2 the cost!
