Waiting on hold for 30+ minutes for customer service is NOT what I would term a good customer service!!! If your customers are important, get more customer service agents and answer your darn phones!

WOW. I didn't know service like this still existed and I am blown away by my experience buying a couch at Woodley's. Felicia and her manager Sean went above and beyond and then some helping us find the perfect leather sectional with back support that isn't ugly - not an easy feat! The amount of work they did to find us the right couch at the right price and walk us through everything we need to know before such an expensive purchase was phenomenal. Felicia was in constant contact with us through the process and nailed it even though she had just started the job! We will 100% go back for other purchases, though we except our new couch will last a lifetime :)

We thought we were buying a quality couch and chair. It didn't take long for the cushions to start breaking down. You could feel yourself sinking and tilting to on side on the couch.The chair sank so low that if you put out elbows on the arms, soon your elbows were almost even with your shoulder height.Tim, a manager came to our home to see our furniture. He agreed that the cushions were not of quality. He proceeded to tell us that Woodley's sells, "good, better, best" furniture. Apparently we purchased "good". The sales person never told us if the different qualities. If we would have known that, we would not have purchased it. Tim did order more robust cushions and they gave helped on the couch. The chair; I think it just poorly constructed and you still sink. I've moved the chair into a bedroom and now have my 7 year old chair from La-Z-Boy in my living room.Such a disappointment.

Found a 40% off coupon in the mail, and since we needed a couch for our new home not only in the rec room but also in the family room, it seemed like a perfect opportunity to go shopping. We found two couches that fit the bill and after a long wait (thanks COVID), our couches arrived. Very exciting! Fast forward about a year, and we decided to modify the 3-piece sectional we got in the family room - we split it into two pieces so the two couches were sideways to the TV and the kitchen instead of facing the TV and putting everyone's back to the kitchen. That meant we needed a left arm section for the one side and a right arm piece to complete the other side. We had a leftover middle section that we stuck elsewhere. Confusing? Yes. But our salesperson (Lisa) was amazing! She pulled up our original order and found the same fabric and the right manufacturer and everything so that our new configuration matched exactly. She ordered the two new pieces to complete the separation of the 3 piece couch into two 2-piece couches. It worked perfectly. The new pieces arrived and the delivery guys moved everything into place. We couldn't be happier! Thank you, Woodley's, for making our new place feel like "home".

I'm writing to express my gratitude for the service and attention I received at Woodleys Longmont. I worked with several people; however, my main experience was with Sean Cain who was absolutely amazing.I needed to transition my mother who was in memory care in Wyoming to Colorado. Beginning the process, I knew I would need some new furniture for her new room that would fit the limited dimensions we were given at her new facility. We started out going to American Furniture and were quickly disappointed and began the search elsewhere. I hadn't shopped at Woodleys prior to this; however, they had great quality furnishings and were willing to go the extra mile to work with me to find things that would fit the space. In the end this was the best decision I made was to spend a little more and get both quality and excellent customer service. Sean and his team were wonderful and helped me to select pieces that both fit and worked with the special needs I had for my mother. I can say, as future needs arise for furniture, I will start my search there. I was impressed with the level of care and service I received and I'm grateful to the team who helped me get my mother's room situated in time for the transition. While there were a few minor hiccups, Sean and team quickly and efficiently stepped up each time to resolve them. They were amazing didn't make me feel awkward about needing their help.In the end, I was both pleased with the purchase and the level of attention and service I received. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing furniture.

We bought a set of eight dining room chairs here and got good service in store and speedy, respectful, and careful delivery at home. Our personal style is more "American Furniture Warehouse" but in this case we did not find anything there that we liked, so we went to Woodley's and found several good choices. Our Design Specialist was Lisa Burwick and our delivery driver was Chris B. We chose MAVIN brand chairs, which were manufactured to our specifications and delivered in about five weeks (much faster than promised). Woodley's is a high-end store, and the products are high quality and expensive. They tend toward modern rather than traditional styles, but have a good variety. The products are usually manufactured to your specifications rather than delivered from their warehouse, and may take two or three months to arrive. Because they are made for you, you can usually get any choice of finish and upholstery. In-store service is knowledgeable and unobtrusive. This is a huge store and they had in particular a large number of dining sets.
