Terrible customer service. Five people sitting around but no one can help me. Staff told me to have a blessed day bringing religion into banking or just being faseceous? Kept being told I need to make an appointment and none of the people standing around could actually help me. Terrible bank, close all your wells fargo accounts!

I think I made it very clear what my concerns are in the review. If you wanted to take care of me it should have been done in the bank not like this.

The worst banking experience I have ever had. Where is the zero star?
Wells Fargo denied to cash a check, even after my sister & I presented multiple forms of valid ID, the bank called their client to confirm they wrote the check, and they verified the funds were in the account. They still wouldn't cash the check. I have never experienced this. It was embarrassing, humiliating and made me angry.
I'm sure they will say I was rude to the staff, which I was after they denied to cash the check.
They really made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I just wanted to cash their check at their bank. How hard is it?
Maybe they were out of cash? It wasn't for that much.
The manager (Elena) at this branch is one of the most dim witted, incompetent and stuck-up people I have ever met, and Pat the teller was no better. Terrible combo.
I would never bank with these clowns. This branch has a 2.3 rating, have some pride people.

In general a very unethical company and on average horrible customer service at all locations. I've been a customer since before I graduated highschool in 2008. Enough is enough, I am promptly opening an account with Chase and I'll never do business with Wells Fargo ever again. I hope it goes under, they deserve it.

I mobile deposited a check into my Wells Fargo account. Weeks later, someone broke into my vehicle and my best guess is they stole the check along with other items from my vehicle . About a month and a half later, Wells Fargo removed that amount from my account and claimed that the check had been hard deposited at a bank where I do not and have never had an account. Over the following year, I went through all of the hoops of fraud, escalations, and even spoke with the kind manager at the local branch. Long story, short, Wells Fargo took my rightfully owned money and told me to take it up with the other bank. I told them multiple times that the other bank would have nothing to do with the conversation since I was not an account holder there. I cannot discourage you from Wells Fargo highly enough. I’ve been told that I have spoken with the highest level of management that will help me and the outcome is final. I am guessing that I will get some response to this review that appears like they care, but they’ve had the chance to make it right.

Arg, terrible hours! Only 9 to 5 Mon-Fri and only 9 to noon on Saturday. Who in the world can possibly get to the bank when they need to?

Went in to get a document notarized. Was told by the teller to have a seat, and a banker would be with me.2 hours later, with no contact from any staff, I was told by a manager that the bankers are completely booked for the rest of the day. Was given some card with a qr code and practically told to pound sand.Are the tellers not able to see this kind of information?

If I could they would get negative stars wells Fargo stole thousands of dollars from the American citizens...I received a check from them almost 10 years later for 250 dollars do to fraudulent fees they charged me for..when I went to Wells Fargo to cash the check which had no expiration date on it I was told that it expires the very next day and they wouldn't accept my driver's license because it was a week expired...I will never step foot in another wells fargo....THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKS IN AMERICAN HISTORY......NOW I SEE WHY BONNIE AND CLYDE WERE IDOLS TO ALOT OF CITIZENS....

Don’t go to any Wells Fargo banks ever, anywhere for anything. They have stolen over thousands of dollars from us. Banker told my husband to use ATM. He did . Stole his money. Banker admitted to taking the money out of ATM the next day. Here we are and no money back. Thieves I tell warn you all. If have an account, IDE close it ASAP!!!

Only one person attends Wednesday, December 28, 2022, line of 7 people, it is somewhat annoying to last 40 minutes in line, there are no ATMs because they are from ranches and they leave bank garbage. I will not return and I do not recommend it.

I recently was having issues with my account and had to go in to get that resolved. The manager Alena, or something like that, potato potahto.. has very poor customer service skills. She was very stuck up. I tried to explain the issue many times but it seemed like it was going in one ear and coming out the other. Thankfully the interaction I had with the banker at the end was a very different experience! She was so kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. This review does not reflect on the entire team members of the branch, this was the first time I ever had an experience like this at this location.

Trash bank. Sat in line.for over 25 min to make a deposit. I could have went up to the north one and came back in that time lol. I'd leave zero stars but it wasn't an option
