I can't recommend Lori enough!!! She helped me buy my first home back in 2015, and did so excellent that my husband and I are using her again to sell the home and buy a new one. She truly fights for the best interest of her clients. She is awesome to work with and is extremely responsive. She was able to find us many options that fit our budget and wants and helped us get the best deal on the sale of our condo. She answered my thousands of questions and requests and I trust her implicitly! If you're looking for a high quality realtor look no further!

Lori is an amazing realtor with tons of knowledge of the local market. This is a huge plus in this challenging time in the northern Colorado housing market. Her knowledge and professionalism help me find a perfect house in one of the worst times to buy (low inventory, seller market)! Her knowledge of all the local players seriously aided in getting me the perfect home. A little bit about the buying experience with Lori. She was patient answering all my questions as a first time home buyer. She walked me through ever step of the process and provided a ton of insight that made the experience smooth. She is the perfect mix of aggression and understanding, which lead to her showing me houses that fit my needs quickly and being very understanding if the house was just not right for me. She is realistic about the market conditions and provides excellent advice. She is very upfront with deadlines and making sure everyone understands what they are responsible for. Buying a home can be very overwhelming and Lori took the time to make sure the experience was as pleasant and productive as possible. I highly recommend her services!

Lori is amazing to work with! We bought our first house with her and she guided and educated us every step of the way. Fast forward a few years and she sold our house for us and helped us find a new home. She not only got us an above ask sales price, but she was also able to negotiate a very fair purchase price in an extremely competitive market. She is amazing at filtering out what you don't want and finding what you do want. She understands the Denver metro market extremely well.
