Went in 3 times to get them to move my prescription over. I'm now almost a Week without medication. They lost my transfer, then they blamed the other pharmacy saying they wouldnt answer (I call that other pharmacy once a month, no issues). The review is because they didn't even call me, they just left me with no medication. Going elsewhere. What do I expect from a pharmacy that once gave me menopause medication instead of anti malaira..

Rude, no one's knows what's actually going on. It has taken 3 weeks to get a prescription filled because they do not know what they are doing. They give you the run around. Extremely rude!!!

The young kid that works here is a superstar but this place is run by idiots. They literally will screw up everything possible. I’ve had to fill prescriptions here that are on an auto refill for over a year and it’s messed up 99% of the time. Don’t even try to call…they absolutely will not answer the phone.

SO DONE with this place — don’t go here if you can avoid it! All the bad reviews are true. They’ve messed everything up from notifying you that your prescription is ready when it’s not, waiting days to notify you when it is, having you wait hours on end on hold, and telling you they’re out of stock on an order when they actually had tons of it. The pharmacists themselves are rude, disorganized, and completely unhelpful.
Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Horrific experience filling a prescription here for the first time. The technicians here are the most rude and disrespectful employees I have ever encountered at any pharmacy. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE - LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE AVAILABLE TO YOU!!!!
My medication is a controlled substance with strict rules on refill pickup timing. I called the pharmacy on a Friday to confirm the medication was in stock - I was told it was available and that they should be able to have it filled by that evening. Went on Saturday morning to pick it up and was told it hadn't been processed yet and they could have it ready that afternoon. Went back hours later and was told I was too early and couldn't pick it up until Monday. Went back first thing Monday morning and was told by the technician that it still had not been processed and she didn't know if it was still in stock. I was frustrated and communicated that everyone else I spoke to made it sound as if it had been filled and was just being held until I could pick it up. The tech then rolled her eyes directly at me, walked away to speak to the pharmacist, came back to say they'd fill it but couldn't tell me when it would be ready. I told her I was going in to work late so that I could pick this up, and it would be helpful to have a general estimate so I could communicate that to my boss; I added that I was frustrated with unclear and incorrect communication from everyone I'd spoken with through this process. The technician then just walked away from the counter with a very obvious attitude. I could tell that the pharmacist was working to get it filled at that moment, so I just stood at the counter waiting. I heard the pharmacist ask the technicians why my medication had not been filled when I originally called it in, as that should have been what happened. The pharmacist was the only person who ever apologized for the issues and miscommunication. I will never return to this location for any reason.

Bummer, I used Walgreens as my pharmacy in a different state and it was amazing. The management and or training here needs to step up if they want more customers. I paid full price for my prescription when my insurance works with Walgreens. The pharmacists said they couldn’t get my insurance card information to work… my new pharmacy figured it out for me.

Don't send your prescriptions here. It's better to drive farther away to another pharmacy than have to deal with this place. You're going to wait 25 minutes in line just to find out your prescription isn't there even though you were notified it was. Store hours online aren't accurate, all the employees are brand new and have no idea what they are doing. I had to come back 3x to finally get a simple steroid prescription.

Honestly this pharmacy is useless. I checked into my appointment on time, waited over twenty minutes, and then asked if they forgot about me. Turns out they did and then gave me paperwork to fill out. Not sure how they forgot about me as I’m literally the only person sat here. Not sure why they wouldn’t give me paperwork at the beginning. They didn’t even apologize or anything. Just acted like it was completely normal to forget about people sat right in front of them. I’m looking to change my pharmacy after this experience. It was honestly bizarre, and the funny part is, I’m still sat here waiting. Probably will just leave soon, such a bummer and a waste of my time.

Took 7 trips this week to pick up 2 medications. Half the time some of our families' medications get sent to another store and we are driving all over to track them down. Sometimes they say it will be ready by 9:00 and isn't. Have shown up multiple times at 6:00 or 7:00 and they have closed for the evening. Guess business hours being open til 9:00 mean nothing anymore. Our meds are fairly important to get on time; typically you are picking them up on the last day that you have a dose. I can't imagine picking up a script for someone with life threatening illness/ life saving medications and having to wait days for the pharmacy to get their S#%^ together. I have heard multiple bad comments about this location, I would recommend another location/pharmacy until these employees turn over or they get caught up or whatever the excuse is.

They lost my prescription, twice, after confirming they had it, twice. Two phone calls and two visits - and then they gave me the wrong medication and were unable to provide a print out of my prescription.

They wanted to close the pharmacy and call the cops on me. Incompetence at it's finest.

Ever been tried to buy something at this Walgreens without it's being a problem? Me either. I had to miss a Covid booster due to an injured hand and trip to the ER. I called days later to apologize and re-schedule.Got there at the day/time I agreed with the person in the pharmacy who took my call. After waiting for 20 minutes where 2 other people had problems which the pharmacy staff seemed unable to resolve, I provided my name and the time agreed to with the person I had spoken to. Searching, searching, searching. The young woman who was "helping" me asked my name several times. I had not changed it. She took a poll of pharmacy staff and finally two other people joined her at the register behind which she stood. The three said nothing but they did stare at me for a while. Kinda reminded me of livestock standing at a fence along a road.I left. Some attitudes and incompetence are not worth the time and energy to try and fix.Should have expected no better from a chain that decided to not provide women's reproductive health care from their nationwide outlets.
