They don't hire enough pharmacists, cheap corporate company. Also their new process where they say they are going to fill it then have a 3rd warehouse location fill it and ship it means your scripts are going to take days longer

Not well run, it takes days to weeks to get them to go ahead order the prescriptions, then longer for them to receive them, I've gone to get prescriptions that say they are ready on my app, then they say they don't have it or can't find them.Some of the people are very nice, but some are rude and don't even smile at you.

Unprofessional in the pharmacy, took over two days to get my prescription filled, and I still don’t even have it. No one wants to help no one cares.

Terrible customer service. They change hours regularly, and if you have to call the pharmacy here you better have an hour at least. They will pick up and put you back on hold till it rings through and then just pick up and put you back. Maybe say into the phone be with you when we can and hang up. Terrible service terrible business practices.

I had an appointment for a Covid vaccine. I was told, in the instructions, to arrive 15 minutes early or they might have to reschedule my appointment. I did. No one at that time was waiting for a vaccine. I waited 1/2 hour past my appointment time. I asked a couple of times when I would get my shot and was told in a few minutes. Still no one else was waiting for a vaccine. About I'll 60 seconds before they closed for lunch, someone came running out, jabbed me in the arm, and I was done. It was such a rush job, I was worried it might not even be a Covid vaccine. What is the point of an appointment if they ignore them? I would've understood more if they seemed busy.

The technicians are great and kind and try to help you while one pharmacists tell you to take products that you are actively allergic to and decline your scripts because he doesn't feel you actually need them. Get your scripts transferred because they do not care at all.

Horrible experience. I take an injection every month. Been coming here for a year now and the number of times they have not had my medication is ridiculous and is having a negative affect on my health. The worst part? Their customer service is horrible and they never let you know what's going on until time has dragged on and you have to constantly reach out to them to find out what's happening. Cancel your prescription order? Good luck getting them to notify you! The store manager Melissa, assistant store manager Gayle, and the District Manager of District 300 Amy, obviously need to lose their jobs because they can't appropriately staff or manage their teams.

This is honestly the best Walgreens I know, I drive from Aurora just to come to this Walgreens. They actually respect you, they get things done in a timely manner, they are organized and you can rely on them. Huge thanks to the team at this Walgreens. You guys rock!

I would call the store before showing up for your “confirmed appointment”. Drove far out of my way for an appointment and was told they were short staffed and couldn’t see me.Although, it was very comforting to receive a “sorry” in the tone as if it were my fault.

Six people in line.... Five workers in pharmacy none of whom are attending to the customers in line. After over ten minutes of waiting and our presence not being recognized by staff, I finally called out asking for help. Staff said they were unaware customers were waiting! Definitely not customer oriented. No longer get scripts here either because of continued issues and poor service.

Amazingly I never pay the same amount for my prescriptions twice. They always seem to mess something up and either blame it on insurance or the way the doctor wrote the prescription. According to them they never make a mistake. They seem to intentionally ignore the drive-thru and I've never gotten out of there in less than 15 minutes ever. They're chronically understaffed rude impatient and I'm not giving them my business anymore. JUST A TIP FOR ANYBODY FROM WALGREENS THAT READS THIS....CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!
