The whole experience for beginning to end was exceptional! The gentleman who dod the tests prior to seeing the doctor was phenomenal at his job and had me laughing the entire time. The doctor expertly adjusted my prescription and was so thorough with explaining everything to me. The lady who assisted at the end with fitting my new glasses was fantastic helping me choose options and made sure I got the best deal possible. This whole team went above and beyond the standard to provide an outstanding experience!

Highly recommend ! The staff were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back for my next pair of glasses. I returned again in 2024 and got the same great service ~ a pleasure to get an eye exam & new glasses ! Thank you ?

The wait time was next to nothing , also I can't say enough about the doctor , but he saved my life , and I can't thank him enough , he spotted my diabetes and saved my life thank you again ....

I stopped in on a busy Saturday to reorder my glasses because I broke them when I fell that morning. They helped me quickly. Since I didn't have a spare pair of glasses and my contact lenses prescription had expired, the staff member helping me suggested taking the exam appt In an hour and I could get a temporary pair of contacts. The Dr. Was very helpful explaining that my prescription changed some, which is good bc I could tell my vision wasn't so clear lately. The dr. Was very attentive to all my questions and checked my swollen eye area and bruise when I fell. Thank you!

We had an appointment scheduled for an eye exam, showed up 15 minutes early to find a sign on the door saying they closed early. No one bothered to call and let us know that they were closing early they just let us show up and find the sign on the door.

Ordered my pair of Oakley sunglasses Dec 28th. It's Feb 3rd and I have no glasses. I would cancel the order, but it was on last year's insurance which I wouldn't get credit for. Called 3 times with promises of we'll get back to you. Would have given 1 star, but I like the people that work there and my appointment always goes great.

From start to finish Visonworks was such a seamless process. Their staff members (Rob and Jessyca) were very professional and friendly. Best optometry experience. 10/10 recommend.

I was an optician for 5 and have worked at multiple opticals, and the lenses here are by far the worst I’ve ever had. They will get scratched within weeks at most even with the best lenses they sell.Knowing this, I decided to give Visionworks a second shot since I needed to use my insurance benefits and didn’t have time to venture outside of what I knew. However, knowing the quality of the lens, I inquired about the protection plan, and was told I could “use it as many times as I want.” But what was not relayed was that after the first time using the protection plan, you only get a 50% off the lenses. So, since I got premium lenses, I would have to pay over $200.I mentioned this to the manager and was offered slightly more of a discount but ultimately I was lied to by the initial staff member about the future costs associated with the protection plan because of a quota they needed to meet for selling the said protection plan. I will never be coming back because of the service but most importantly the poor quality lenses.

I will not spend any more time calling customer service/care. I will not spend anymore time reporting your poor service. Fix yourself problem. You obviously don't seem to know what's going on in your store and putting the burden on me to give you more information is bad customer service! Uggh
