Jenn was ABSOLUTELY incredible! A+++ customer service! She was not only able to assist us with our problem, she helped us get better internet at a cheaper price. My bill is a lot lower and my internet is significantly better because of her! Super helpful, welcoming & professional!

The “manager” of this store is a joke. My 70 year old mother went in to get a new phone and had so many troubles she came home in tears. I had to set up her phone for her. I also had to go in the next day with her to sort it out, and the “manager” wanted to stand there in the store and argue about a $30 charge for a setup service they didn’t provide, and insisted there was no way to give refunds, even though I have seen them give refunds many times. The money wasn’t even the point. This guy was so rude and condescending and utterly uninterested in providing even a basic level of customer service that I was beside myself at the audacity. I know the bar is low for quality reps at cell stores but this guy was below what i thought Verizon was capable of.

I hate this store so much. Terrible vibes, terrible energy. rude employees, to an extreme. It’s so difficult to get things done with Verizon anymore bc I hate this store. I don’t visit. I will switch to AT&T when I can. I hate this store. Rude employees.

I needed to get a new sim as mine was malfunctioning. My family and I are on the same plan. The tech managed to somehow disable my brother's phone as he was setting up an e-sim on my phone. The tech also added 100gb hotspot to my brother's line and mine which cost $20 more a month without approval. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They charge you now to transfer your data from one phone to another. The fact that they feel they can charge for something that you can't do without, is completely ridiculous. Also didn't get a charger with my new $1500 phone, they make you purchase it separately now. What a joke.

I was in on Monday. NEEKO, helped me upgrade, picked phone cases and accessories for me. He was thorough in explaining prices. He went to bat for me and called customer support from his own phone to get an ongoing internal Verizon error corrected. He was patient. Applied screen protectors. They look great!You all need more Neeko’s! He’s the reason I’ll be back to this location. His customer service restored any doubts I previously had.Give him a raise!Thank you!
