Chris Davis from the beginning was AMAZING!! From the start of bringing my car in for a diagnostic to finishing all the work that needed done. He even found another issue and solved it no problem!! The bestest customer service I've received in awhile from any place!! Will definitely be brining my forester back!

I had the best experience coming to this Subaru for my service! The gentleman that helped me is Ellison Rivera. I had a nail on my tire and I needed a service. This gentleman not only was quick and acknowledge my issue, but to go above and beyond on his service. Gave me a discount since I was just at the shop a month ago as well. He added the rotation for my tires and gave me a wash for my car. Everything was done within the next day. Offered me a rental since I had warranty in hand. Thanks again for the kindness and make my life easier and being thoughtful! With his passionate customer service and professional skills! Shout out to him!!

Review is specific to service and Nick Lang. I brought a vehicle here to have tires and brakes replaced. Not only was Nick cordial, his knowledge and professionalism was absolute. He let me know all concerns but stayed on point to my needs. Trusting someone with your car can be a circus. Not with Nick. I’ll be back with all my service needs in the future! It's a shame. They've been really helpful with weird things that have happened with my car, but seem to be careless with routine service. I've had to go back twice now after something wasn't done correctly.This last oil change, they overfilled my oil, which caused it to leak and stain my garage. It's not a small stain either. They also didn't fill my windshield washer fluid - not a huge deal, but I thought that was standard with an oil change. I missed the oil leak initially because I spilled washer fluid when I filled it myself when I got home. When I called the service desk about the oil leak, I was told to check the level and top off as needed. Should I know how to do this? Probably, but that's why I pay someone to do it for me.Before that, my car wouldn't turn back on after the auto stop kicked in while idling. While they offered pointers for the oil issue, no one reminded me of the button that turns this feature off, which would have been very helpful. This was after an expensive 60k? mileage service. When I brought it back in, they "forgot to factory reset" after taking my battery out.I'm averaging about 50% of having to go back a second time in the last year or so at this shop.Part of good service is being trustworthy. They marked my windshield washer fluid as "green" on their review sheet when they obviously didn't check it or fill it. The light was on when I went in and still on when I left. It's not about the washer fluid. What other things aren't they checking that they say they are? Am I missing upkeep that could prevent future costly repairs because they just check a box instead of actually looking at it? What other, less noticeable errors are they making when working on my car?

Nick in service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to get an appointment quickly to meet our needs. We were contacted back quickly regarding repairs and was handled well within the time frame given for the repair. Even though we do not live in this area I will definitely contact this Subaru service dept for my future need when we are in the area.

I went in for an oil change twice, over the course of a couple years. I was in and out within 30 to 45 minutes and I believe Nick and Jared were the two dudes that fixed me right up each time! They all seem pretty cool there and knowledgeable and honest people. I will return every time!!!!

Set up an appointment to have some work done only to find out that meant that I will have to wait over an hour to have my vehicle seen. Good thing there is a nice coffee pot to stare at while you wait. Half the sales floor is the service waiting room. This is my first time at this location and may not be back. The service department was friendly and welcoming just not the expected service and took a longer time commitment than agreed.The work got done still love my Subaru.

This dealership and service department has been fantastic over the years. Therefore, we were disappointed to learn that our used car we bought from this dealership a couple of months ago needed $2947.27 of repairs. Lesson learned...don't trust the dealership to take care of you when buying a used car. Be sure to take the car to an independent mechanic. I understand that a used car will have issues. However, I believe the dealership should have fixed the easy ones like spark plugs, brake fluid, and windshield washer leak.

This is a fantastic dealership…from sales to admin to service! Bought a new car two weeks ago—MJ was great sales consultant! They prepped all title paperwork…very efficient process! Picked up a nail in our tire this morning…Jonathan in service had us back on the road in 30 min…with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon! Can’t recommend this dealership any more highly—buying a Subaru, buy it here!

Such a great spot to get a Subaru (or others)! I worked with Clayton and Jimmy and they were very professional and friendly. They gave me a competitive valuation on my trade in, and knew I wanted to get right down to business. The communication was great.

I got a nail in one of the tires on my new Outback (700 mi) and the tech said it was in the sidewall. The service mngr looked at it and also said it was in the sidewall and I would need a new tire.Being skeptical I took it to Big O and the nail was actually in the tread and they repaired it (btw - this small nail, a large staple really, was only causing a very slow leak). This is pretty disappointing that a Subaru dealer would do something like this.

Wow, I can’t even express how grateful I am for this Subaru location. I had to make an emergency visit and they took such great care of my Subaru! Got everything fixed and taken care of. Ask for Nick Lang especially because he was so kind and awesome in answering all my questions! Definitely my favorite location!

We feel blessed to have been serviced by Valley Subaru and to have Nick help us. We are on vacation and from St. Louis, Missouri. We noticed our headlights were out, and Nick got us in immediately the morning after we noticed it. The service was quick, affordable, and all working in service were kind. We appreciated the clear communication, expertise, and professionalism too. What a joy it was to get back on the road to our vacation! Thank you for everything, Valley Subaru. You’re the best!!
