Just starting out with Valley starting with purchase of a used vehicle and now service. I'm very impressed so far with a great buying expeience and now with very good service......every aspect of both. Hope Valley will be my new dealership "home".

Salesman told me the 2025 Nissan Leaf using a 120V plug
at home could charge from zero to 100% in 12 hours. This is false. The Leaf gains about 3.5 miles per hour of charging using a 120V outlet. The stated range of the Leaf is a bit more than 200 miles. If you assume you charge from zero battery to 100% battery charge it would take this long: 200 mile range divided by 3.5 miles of driving distance gained per hour of 120V charging. This comes out to 57 hours or roughly the Leaf receiving a constant 120V charge for two and a third days! That’s a lot more than 12 hours as the salesman explained to me.
The finance person there could not explain to me how sales tax is calculated for the purchase. He could not articulate what number the sales tax percentage was calculated on to arrive at the amount of sales tax I paid for the lease of this car.
No one told me until I met with the finance person that I would have to pay the equivalent of two lease payments when the lease was over for some reason.
I should have walked away from the deal. I thought that dealerships had changed into modern and transparent businesses but I guess not. Valley Nissan does business the old, wrong way.

We had a great experience here. We initially started here to begin our process of shopping around to different dealers. Javier was on top of it, and showed a few Nissan Frontiers and a Ford Ranger that fit our bill. He did manage to upsell us on trim that fit what we wanted/needed better than the trim that was in our initial budget, but was also able to make the numbers fit what we needed. We also got a trade in value that we thought was fair for my old truck.
All told, I feel good about it. It didn’t feel too pushy, all of our options were layed out and explained, and financing was a breeze. Thanks, Javier and Noland!

I was having some minor issues after 2 years of a three year lease. The sales team was able to work out a deal that allowed me to get into a new and better vehicle lease for the same monthly payment. I was surprised they were able to do this for me.
