I've lived in Longmont for 2.5 years now and am consistently disappointed with the customer service at this USPS. I also have packages delivered to my neighbors house, and sometimes around the block leading to a scavenger hunt. Most recently they updated a package as "delivered" during a period of time I was home sitting in my front room. The package was never delivered - the mailman never even came to our house. I opened a case that they changed to resolved stating it was delivered - false. I went to USPS to complain, was told I would be called by the supervisor - never happened. I'm livid that this continues to happen and I wind up paying for a product I never receive.

Not enough parking and rude staff. I had to drive around the block multiple times and then finally just parked up the road and walked. The man behind the counter shouted at me for putting my package in the self serve container, but there were no signs or anything telling me not to put things there. Seems like they’re understaffed. Will avoid coming here as much as possible.

I had a very tricky thing I needed to mail. Lots of requirements, special cases, etc. Folks at the front desk worked through 4-5 options and eventually were able to solve all my problems and get the package where it needed to go. Thanks!

The folks at the counter are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly one of the best PO locations I have ever been to!

Used to like this place.
My package is marked fragile. Dont throw it on top of other packages. 16 piece harry potter dinner ware.
Dude. Its marked fragile and the way you threw that.
I said that after you threw it, you rolled your eyes.

I don’t understand we placed eight permanent forward address and my old resident is still receiving mail living in postal ZIP Code 80504 for over three years. I’ve noticed that the post delivery individuals seem to be addicted to something. Their presence their appearance speaks for itself that explains why they can’t get anything right at this location other people get other peoples males slips get placed in other boxes, it’s like I’m starting to wonder if the drinking water has affected individuals in this neck of the woods

That passport lady is very rude and unprofessional! I don’t know why they still have her when all the comments and reviews are about her being rude to everyone. Never again don’t waste your time here! Mead town hall or anywhere else will respect your time and treat with kindness!

Slowest service in the world. The guy at the counter was constantly yapping about nonsense with the people who he was helping, so the line was ridiculously long. When we finally got up to the counter, he was so rude and incredibly loud. Like bro just don’t be a jerk and do your job. Unless you want to waste your time and get demeaned by a guy who hates his life, then avoid at all costs.

We had read several reviews about this Post Office and how terrible it was, well, I have to say I got a totally different vibe and was extremely pleased with the courtesy, and helpfulness of the staff, they were very kind, friendly and aware of customers needs. This place is great!
