Can’t say enough good things about Turner Realty as a tenant in one of their rentals! Michelle was always a delight to work with and I always received prompt responses whenever I had any questions or concerns. When I finally decided to move out after four years the check out process was quick and easy! They are a great property management company that care about their properties and tenants alike.

The worst property management they dont call you back n left us with no door knob on our front door for 3 days till I paid the downstairs neighbor to fix it. Its also awesome Im charged an additional fee to pay my rent every month way to go!!! ???

Turner Realty is a real family business. We rented from them when we first came to town. Then they helped us find the home we bought. For the next 10 years they were there for us in so many ways including notary service, real estate advice, looking at potential moves. When the time came for me to sell I was able to move out of state to my new life and let them handle the details of selling my home. I would recommend Arnold and Pat and the team to anyone.

They are 100% the best landlords I’ve ever had. They actually care and are so kind and work with you. I treat my place like I own it I have a beautiful yard and I love where I live and where actually not in a good neighborhood at all but our place is by far the nicest I stay here because of how good they are and easy to deal with especially Michelle. They literally take care of everything and even send you Christmas cards. Bar none the most professional and friendliest landlords I’ve ever experienced and I’ve lived all over the country and have had probably close to 20 landlords. And there realtors are amazing I worked with them as well.

These folks are amazing! Took care of me through all the steps, patiently worked with the other company who apparently didn’t care to sell the house. Just wonderful people, awesome team, couldn’t ask for better realtors! Even before they were realtors, I rented a house through them and it was a good experience as well. Highly recommend!

Turner realty forged my signature on my lease electronically, ( Arnold /Jesse Turner) one of them from the office give my social security number information to a third party, drunk woman told me , this people try to sweep it under the rug, instead of notify me, and give in explanation or apology of any kind, Real Estate Commission in Denver told me, have no IP number link to they computer, and told me to notify the Longmont Police fraud department witch i did !Scum Bag Turner realty!!!!

Watch out for this place especially for Michelle!! She'll lie right to your face!! I was renting from them at 1438 Stuart Street #2 & Michelle told us there was air conditioning in the apartment, found out there is NO air conditioning in any of the apartments at this address!! Michelle lied to the other tenants also!! Plus they Didn't clean or sanitize the place before we moved in & with Covid-19 you think they would!! I hope someone turns them in for that!! Plus you won't get your deposit back either!! And if you move out early she Won't give you your money back!!
