Jeremy was prompt, professional and went out of his way to take care of everything I needed fixing. When a repair wasn’t straight forward, he figured out a solution and got it done. Jetemy was pleasant, competent and knowledgeable in his work.

Very happy with the work that was done - installing shower grab bars, towel bars, and few other small jobs. Nice cleanup and prompt and polite service. Can’t ask for more.

Highly recommend this young man for your home improvement projects. He’s very knowledgeable and did a great job installing our shower door. He cleaned up the area before he left. He also took time to advise us on which door to purchase. Jeremy has great work ethic and personality.

FlatIrons Construction Company exhibits an exemplary standard of workmanship and attention to detail, as evidenced by their recent wall repair project. The before and after photographs showcase their ability to seamlessly restore a damaged wall, matching the existing texture and color with such precision that it's difficult to pinpoint where the damage once was. Their careful preservation of the surrounding area, including electrical outlets and light switch plates, speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This level of skill and professionalism makes FlatIrons Construction Company the prime choice for anyone seeking top-notch remodeling services that promise to blend flawlessly with your home's existing aesthetics.

Shortly into a $20-30k project I realized that the timeline Zac had estimated was way too aggressive based on the amount of labor being accomplished. In addition to putting down a large deposit, I was making significantly over-sized "progress payments" each week in comparison to the finished work. Twice I objected and both times, after an hour of his smooth-talking arguments, Zac agreed to a more realistic construction and payment schedule. This reduced my weekly payments to a more commensurate level, but each time, he responded by further under-staffing the job. For the final month, there was only 1 guy on the job. After about 3 months of headaches, including a fist fight that broke out on my front lawn, we removed him from the job (not that he was really on it anymore). In the end, I had overpaid by about $5,000, which I'll never see again.
