Fantastic service!And, now, he found 1 valve stem leaking so he is taking the tire back to his sho to replace it and bring it back and put it back on the trailer. Holy ?!”

“I'd just like to share my experience today with the staff on Hover.l in longmont, I came In With a flat tire hoping for a repair, the tech, whom I did not catch the name to explained to me that it was not repairable I came in with not a dollar to my name as im going through some hardship in my life, the team member asked me what I was able to pay and that he would work with me, as im scrambling to gather all I can offer another tech tells me my vehicle is ready and they didn't end up charging me anything. Good people amd great businesses still exist and I couldn't be more thankful to the staff here at discount tire. I never got to thank the tech personally so I hope he sees this THANK YOU! “Roughly 13 years ago I stopped going to this Firestone location for a number of reasons. Several days ago I decided to give them another chance. On June 5th I was in the immediate area and went inside to make an appointment for an alignment for my wife’s car. I interacted with the manager, Jared, who was extremely kind, polite and very easy to talk to. The following morning I dropped the car off at 7:00am for the appointment and again interacted with Jared. Again, he was a pleasure to talk to. Jared then called me in the early afternoon and said there was a significant tie rod problem I wasn’t aware of and gave him the ok to fix it. I must say that he is a very professional guy and a real asset to your company. An hour or so later one of his employees, Robin, called me to let me know the car was ready to be picked up. She was great too! Anyway, I’ll keep returning in the future whenever our vehicles need fixing!!”
