Highly recommend. Above and Beyond knowledge, communication (both on the phone and via email inspection report) Kaleb spent a lot of time on the phone with me before, during and after, answering many questions I had regarding the estimate and repair work done on the vehicle. Patient, trustworthy with reasonable pricing. We had a tune-up & oil change done on a 2005 Toyota Scion. They did a thorough inspection on our vehicle, (included with price of oil change) and sent a complete inspection report with photos. Any question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly.

My experience at Stonum Automotive was a complete disaster. They managed to underfill my car by two quarts of oil, dangerously short of the required amount, and failed to properly tighten the drain plug or oil filter, resulting in a significant oil leak. After topping up the oil myself to prevent further engine damage, they dismissed my concerns and refused to refund me for the additional oil I had to buy. If you want a 3/4 oil change and to deal with unresponsive staff, this is the place. For a full, professional service and reliable support, take your business elsewhere.

They charged me $500 to tell me I needed a full differential rebuild that would cost upwards of $5,000. I took my vehicle to another mechanic where I was charged $1,000 for the for the repair. I'd stay away from these guys as they are predators. My guess, they have massive overhead in that large building and someone needs to pay for it. Beyond dissapointed with them. They will never see another one of our vehicles again. Not only that but they kept it for 3 days and did literally nothing. Be warned. Find any other mechanic.

These guys are extremely proficient at what they do they send me pictures of what the problem is complete the description of everything that needs to be done with the price quote they don't proceed until I give them a call and give them the high sign to keep going I really enjoy working with these guys. These guys are really a pleasure to be working on my car

Took my car in because the ac was not working correctly. They diagnosed the problem and said it would be around 2100$. Had my car for almost 2 weeks and when I got the vehicle back it was doing the exact same thing and the vehicle was extremely dirty on the inside. It was definitely a waste of time and money because of their misdiagnosis. Then they blaimes me for using an ac recharge. If you can’t do the job don’t take my money. Now I have to take it some where else. Definitely waste of money

A friend recommended Stonum so I made an appointment to have my power steering pump/fluid checked over because another mechanic told me there was a leak. Stonum did not find a leak but recommended flushing the power steering fluid. The communication and professionalism was excellent! I was very impressed.
