This Staples Print Service in Longmont is AMAZING! I had a very large, slightly complicated, rushed order and these folks got it done PERFECTLY and in such a timely manner! I am so, so grateful and highly recommend their printing services!

The lady who greeted me at the door was very friendly and helpful in pointing me towards the TSA pre check desk. However, the older lady at the precheck desk stared at her phone ignoring me for around 30 seconds before finally acknowledging me. I had called earlier and was told the precheck desk is open for walk ins 9am-5pm and their lunch break is 12-1pm. It was 1:05 when I showed up. As soon as she acknowledged me she said she was going to lunch. I told her I was told their lunch was from 12-1 and I’m taking off of work to be there. She said “I don’t care, I’m going to lunch” very disappointing this is the only place in Longmont I can go for precheck.

I received excellent customer service from Mary in the printing department. She went above and beyond for me all while having a kind and positive demeanor. I will definitely be bringing all my printing projects to this Longmont location in the future.Sent from my iPhone

The print shop at the Longmont Staples is great! I recently posted a poor review of the print shop at another national chain in town, so I thought it fair that I give the Staples folks credit for doing a good job. Totally prompt and organized.

Mary and the team at staples are wonderful. I love that they are open later so I can get all my printing needs done even in the evening. Best place to go to have your printing done in Longmont.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Staples. This was at the Staples off of Ken Pratt in Longmont, CO. I printed my wedding invites, RSVPs, registry cards, and address labels through them. I designed all four and they just had to print. The invites, RSVPs, and registry cards came out beautifully and I was so happy. Over the weekend, a kinder older man helped me when I picked up my invites, and a sweet, middle-aged blonde woman helped me when I picked up my RSVPs. However, the address labels were microscopic and you could not even read them. My fiancé went to pick them up yesterday (6/11) and did not look at them, so he paid for them and left. I did not send the label in that small of text, I printed in 18.5 size font) and they told me I was going to have to pay again for them to reprint the labels, even though the mistake was on them. I spoke to an older brown haired woman, I think her name was Kara, and she was very short with me, offering no kind of solution. She said their printer and network were down and didn't know when it would be back up and running; she also told me that the image isn't altered when they print it, they print what they receive, and asked me to prove that my font wasn't sent microscopic. She was very rude and not helpful in the slightest. I wish that I spoke with the older man or blonde woman today because I feel like they would've at least offered some sort of help or discount. This has been such a frustrating process because the place I printed my invites, etc. at before Staples messed those up, so this is the second place I am printing them. I ended up borrowing a friend's printer and printing the address labels myself, which took me 2.5 hours to do as I had to create the template from scratch. It has been so stressful and my invites need to get out asap. I am so disappointed in the service I received today. Such a bummer because I was going to write a great review for them since everything else came out amazing, but the service I received today cancelled all of that out.

Call tree is HORRIBLE. FINALLY got to the printing department and she (Mary) was obviously done for the day. Extremely short on the phone. So far - NOT impressed!Upped rating to a 3. Mary wasn't there upon pick-up but Logan was. Very quick, courteous, professional and I was on my way. Order was all good.Calling tree for the store is still one of the worse I have come across. Random and annoying.

I went in there to inquire about business cards and I was told that I could do it online I was thinking to myself at first maybe there's a little computer station that you could do it and then possibly you could get assistance with whoever was there but they're like no you do it online order it submit it I'm like okay, I completed my cards on a desktop and tried to stay in the safety zone that's on their program and I submitted it and then I was to pick it up the same day at 7:30, for whatever reason the machine was not cooperating with them and they asked me if I if they could use a matte rather than the more glossy finish and I was like okay whatever and then I guess they still had a problem with them machine and they said well let me get somebody to look at the machine or whatever try to deal with the problem I said fine let me know cuz if you get the machine fixed or the get it resolved I would still like the glossy finish anyways call the next day how about a cheetah I must have called like 10 times nobody answered so I was like okay well whatever and I got an email saying it was finished fine I went up there and me and this guy were waiting for customer service at the printing counter and the woman that was working at you can tell she was agitated and that she just kind of says pretty loud okay who's next!!? Me and him just looked at each other like nope you go first, when she got to me she's like okay are you picking up what's the last name you got an order number I mean just I'm just like wow so I gave her my name and she goes you know we really had to work really hard on these and I'm like what do you mean and she's like they were all crooked your your I guess where I was putting my information I was just off centered and I said well I was in the "safety zone"she just is impatient and she was like well you have to remember that when you're doing this you have to make sure that your wording is in a certain you know area or whatnot and I'm looking at her like you have I have to remember these things this was the first time I did it I was that's why I was hoping that when I initially came in there might be a little computer there so if I did make an error that they could tell me how to fix it and if that was the case anyways that it was misaligned and whatnot why didn't they tell me this when they first told me that they were having problems printing it? She told me next time that happens we will just cancel it and then you'll have to do it over and I'm like wow this is what it is what am I that special that I get your I get your attitude you know you may be hate your job guess what that's why I'm trying to be my own boss lady customer service is so terrible I won't go to Staples again cuz I actually needed to go back there and go get some stuff and I will not go to that Staples but I won't go to Staples entirely again I'll just go to like Minuteman printing or something which I should have done from the get-go sorry I walked into your establishment I'm sorry I wasted your time I'm sorry I made you mad and you know what I'm sorry I made you work just a little bit I'm sorry even decided to go with staples and then the reason I did is because Staples is a well-known name and there is an expectation and that's why I went with them unknowing to me I did not know that I was going to get my a** chewed because I made her work really hard it's like trust me lady you have no idea what hard work is why don't you go to work with me one day and I will work your a** I will work you.

Rarely do I write a review but the service and product was absolutely exceptional!!! Many kudos to Randy and team in the print department for a job very well done!! Our manuals looked fantastic and the service throughout the store was absolutely great!!! Thank you Logan, thanks to you, we're coming back to buy new chairs. The manager (M?) and person at the check were also incredibly helpful. We are a multi-year repeat customer, but you just keep getting better!! We are a customer for life and drive nearly 20 miles just to come to this store on Ken Pratt in Longmont, CO!! We thank you from Ken and Joy Smith!

Was attempting to purchase a new work chair with my warranty replacement gift card from my previous chair. Anna was the only person on the floor and was running around helping someone else. When she was free she came over to help. She was able to find a price match online for my new chair that, with a new warranty, saved me roughly 100 dollars. I extremely thankful for her services and have no doubt on where I will shop for my office supplies in the future.

TSA PRECHECK: Horrible customer service and organization. No reason to make an appointment since they don’t even make an attempt to honor it at all. When I asked them about it the first person shrugged me off and the both her and manager were rude to me as if it was my fault they’re not organized. I hate when places make me feel like it’s my fault that they’re running poorly. I wasn’t asking for the world. Turn off the ability to make appointments if they aren’t going to mean anything.Edit: Gotta love an immediate canned response meant to make me feel heard but that ultimately accomplished nothing.

Would highly recommend never going to the printing center here. The self service printer is NEVER available for use, and when it is, it doesn’t print half of your documents. The people running the printing center also seem highly uneducated about how to work printers… which seems odd considering it is their entire job. Very frustrating.

I went in for the first time to this staples location. I was greeted by a gentleman named Joe that was so kind and helpful. He definitely was there for all of my consumer needs. The store was well stocked and you could tell care went into its upkeep. My cashier was # 2042871. She was extremely gracious and made sure to sign me up for the rewards program. The store manager was definitely hands on, hopping onto the register to help as needed. I will be purchasing all my office needs from this point forward at this location.

This store is always great, I come in regularly for my home businesses. However I am hoping a manager sees my review, because this feedback is very crucial to keeping your store running well. Today I met the rudest, most dismissive, and pointedly apathetic clerk I have encountered here or anywhere. Her cashier number is 2028695.As I approached her counter where she was writing in a notebook, in the middle of a task, she let out an upset sigh, dropped what she was doing and turned towards me as I set my shopping on the counter. At this point she actually rolled her eyes.She struggled to type her code in and start the transaction, all the while never having said, “Hello”, “How are you?”, “Did you find everything alright?”, etc etc. usual conversation in a store. She did not even bother to ask if I had a staples card number (I did and entered it). She started to scan and ring up the items.I watched her face closely at this point and still she did not speak. I saw a look of distress, anger, frustration, a flat look of indifference, and even her talking under her breath in a disgusted fashion.After I paid she finally uttered her first words:”Would you like a bag?” To which I replied cheerfully, “Yes, please!” She bagged me up, and out the receipt inside the bag.Perhaps she is having a bad day…Oh well! My mom just died and I still make the effort to be courteous to strangers in a three minute transaction. At least the basic level of what your job expects you to do, is all you are required of.As much as I do not want to say anything, I also feel like it needs to be known that you have an employee who absolutely does not represent any level of service I have ever had in your store. Not sure what is going on with her. I almost wanted to ask if she was okay? She seemed to be growing a tantrum and being passive aggressive but why at me? I inconvenienced her while she was the counter person and that was her job as well as whatever task she was on.At least place someone who can handle pressure and customers at the counter, and she could do other tasks (god forbid a person sees her in store and asks for help!).Short of calling to complain, I am just hoping that there is some attention to these reviews and someone will respond.

We have a business account that we placed an order that was supposed to deliver 2 days ago. We could not wait any longer so i placed another order to pickup. i printed the confirmation and sent with my employee to pickup. When we arrived they said it wasn't in their system and would not release even though we had the printed the confirmation. Called to speak to the manager who was unwilling to help and just directed us to call the 800#. My low rating is specifically tied to rude and unwillingness of your store manager
