Best customer service ever!!!I needed a document printed same day for an event early the next morning and Mary was very accommodating and understanding despite me coming in at 7pmI originally placed my order at Office Depot down the street but I didn't realize they closed at 6pm until I pulled up. 6pm isn't even late enough for some people to get home from work...frustrating.Staples is now my go-to! I could just get my own printer but then I miss out on all the fun "how tf am I going to print this" panic I experience 3-4x per yearJust wanted to share how appreciative I am of Mary's kindness! Thank you!!!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Staples. This was at the Staples off of Ken Pratt in Longmont, CO. I printed my wedding invites, RSVPs, registry cards, and address labels through them. I designed all four and they just had to print. The invites, RSVPs, and registry cards came out beautifully and I was so happy. Over the weekend, a kinder older man helped me when I picked up my invites, and a sweet, middle-aged blonde woman helped me when I picked up my RSVPs. However, the address labels were microscopic and you could not even read them. My fiancé went to pick them up yesterday (6/11) and did not look at them, so he paid for them and left. I did not send the label in that small of text, I printed in 18.5 size font) and they told me I was going to have to pay again for them to reprint the labels, even though the mistake was on them. I spoke to an older brown haired woman, I think her name was Kara, and she was very short with me, offering no kind of solution. She said their printer and network were down and didn't know when it would be back up and running; she also told me that the image isn't altered when they print it, they print what they receive, and asked me to prove that my font wasn't sent microscopic. She was very rude and not helpful in the slightest. I wish that I spoke with the older man or blonde woman today because I feel like they would've at least offered some sort of help or discount. This has been such a frustrating process because the place I printed my invites, etc. at before Staples messed those up, so this is the second place I am printing them. I ended up borrowing a friend's printer and printing the address labels myself, which took me 2.5 hours to do as I had to create the template from scratch. It has been so stressful and my invites need to get out asap. I am so disappointed in the service I received today. Such a bummer because I was going to write a great review for them since everything else came out amazing, but the service I received today cancelled all of that out.

I went in there to inquire about business cards and I was told that I could do it online I was thinking to myself at first maybe there's a little computer station that you could do it and then possibly you could get assistance with whoever was there but they're like no you do it online order it submit it I'm like okay, I completed my cards on a desktop and tried to stay in the safety zone that's on their program and I submitted it and then I was to pick it up the same day at 7:30, for whatever reason the machine was not cooperating with them and they asked me if I if they could use a matte rather than the more glossy finish and I was like okay whatever and then I guess they still had a problem with them machine and they said well let me get somebody to look at the machine or whatever try to deal with the problem I said fine let me know cuz if you get the machine fixed or the get it resolved I would still like the glossy finish anyways call the next day how about a cheetah I must have called like 10 times nobody answered so I was like okay well whatever and I got an email saying it was finished fine I went up there and me and this guy were waiting for customer service at the printing counter and the woman that was working at you can tell she was agitated and that she just kind of says pretty loud okay who's next!!? Me and him just looked at each other like nope you go first, when she got to me she's like okay are you picking up what's the last name you got an order number I mean just I'm just like wow so I gave her my name and she goes you know we really had to work really hard on these and I'm like what do you mean and she's like they were all crooked your your I guess where I was putting my information I was just off centered and I said well I was in the "safety zone"she just is impatient and she was like well you have to remember that when you're doing this you have to make sure that your wording is in a certain you know area or whatnot and I'm looking at her like you have I have to remember these things this was the first time I did it I was that's why I was hoping that when I initially came in there might be a little computer there so if I did make an error that they could tell me how to fix it and if that was the case anyways that it was misaligned and whatnot why didn't they tell me this when they first told me that they were having problems printing it? She told me next time that happens we will just cancel it and then you'll have to do it over and I'm like wow this is what it is what am I that special that I get your I get your attitude you know you may be hate your job guess what that's why I'm trying to be my own boss lady customer service is so terrible I won't go to Staples again cuz I actually needed to go back there and go get some stuff and I will not go to that Staples but I won't go to Staples entirely again I'll just go to like Minuteman printing or something which I should have done from the get-go sorry I walked into your establishment I'm sorry I wasted your time I'm sorry I made you mad and you know what I'm sorry I made you work just a little bit I'm sorry even decided to go with staples and then the reason I did is because Staples is a well-known name and there is an expectation and that's why I went with them unknowing to me I did not know that I was going to get my ass chewed because I made her work really hard it's like trust me lady you have no idea what hard work is why don't you go to work with me one day and I will work your ass I will work you.

Randy always gives the best customer service in the Copy + Print Services. And he's always happy to see me. It's great having a local go-to place for printing needs. I've used the services both personally and professionally. Sending out for signs usually has a fast turn-around. They aren't the best at notifying me (so 1 star off), but I can usually reach someone in store quickly to find out if my items are ready.

Their bathroom stall has a broken lock. An in-store bathroom is a basic customer need.

An employee there named Joe was SO helpful and saved me a lot of money. He deserves a raise. Sold me a great printer, toner and an extended service plan. Very knowledgeable!
