I had purchased this Porsche cayenne s from them but they didn't tell me the left turn signal wasn't working. after calling them about this they tried to give me 300$ in cash I respectfully declined and did some research. I found out that it was just the switch that had to be replaced for it to work again I called them back and they said they would order a new switch from Porsche it took 2 months for the part to come in and I left it there for 3 days to get fixed it works now though all the guys there are super nice just make sure to check everything before you leave the lot otherwise u might end up with something not so great.

Dont ever come here!!! I went in to buy my third car, and had made it crystal clear that I wanted gap insurance addressing it multiple times and wanted 100k mile warranty on the car.When he came back with papers I re asked both things were on there and he said yes he made sure, so I didnt check in the papers I was signing to make sure it was on there trusting him. Later on I got in a reck and was out 6000 because they never actually put gap insurance on and said there was nothing they could do. With that later finding the papers I signed they only put a 50k warranty on it

These guys are liars and they teach their reps a culture of lying and saying anything to get the sale. Literally the type of people that give the sales profession a bad name. I checked the AC on the car as soon as we left for a test drive because it was a high priority due to how hot it gets in the summer. I called out to Cisco that it didn't work and he was quick with the line "Oh, that's no problem, it just needs a little freon recharge, we can do it at the shop or you can get one of those $20 kits on Amazon." It was the middle of winter so I figured great, when it gets hot out I'll do the little home recharge kit and be good to go. Cisco's little line turned out to be hiding OVER $2,000 IN AC ISSUES. Basically the entire system is shot, compressor, condenser, lines, and every single valve. It wasn't even capable of being pressurized. So now I've got to either pay a repair bill worth around 25% of the car's value or have a car that's damn near unusable in the summer. It has to have been a lie because the valves needed to be replaced in order to even test the rest of the system. Since they didn't do any of that on the lot, it's literally not possible for Cisco to have known that it was just some little $20 quick fix. It was a pure, hey look over here, don't worry about that problem you just noticed, you like the car, don't you? So scummy, and clearly second nature. This has to be how they are trained and prepared. Do not buy from these cats. Thanks for screwing so many people in our community, South Creek Auto!

Thank you so much, Eloy, for selling me a car with a bad alternator, and being understanding with my situation and making the sale of the Toyota possible!! Never will I buy a car there again. It's messed up that you can sell a car with a bad alternator and not mention it! Haven't had the car for that long and all ready have issues I have to pay for but hey I bought as is......

Eloy was amazing and got our 16 year old her first car! (A Honda civic) he showed us around the car and was honest and upfront about anything we needed. Eloy helped us inspect and test drive my dream car (a Mini Countryman) and was an absolute dream to work with. He was so helpful and charismatic every step of the way, and answered all our questions without sugarcoating anything. He really went the extra mile to get us the best deal on the car I was trading in and negotiated on our behave to get better financing than my bank was offering. He and John, the owner, were so helpful and warm and I never felt like I was being pressured into anything. It was such a different experience from the almost sterile environment of most dealerships.
