I have attended a variety of classes here. The instructors are knowledgeable and intuitive. I LOVED taking my 3 month old daughter to baby yoga - it was still a good work out for mom but so much fun and less serious than most yoga classes, I smiled almost the whole time - it was just so adorable!

Simply stated Shri Studios is amazing. All of the instructors are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient. I have never felt intimidated in my practice at Shri. We are so blessed to have Shri Studios in Longmont.

I'm new to yoga and I feel so at home at any of the classes I've been to. I really like the staff and the vibe.
