The online ordering for this store is horrible they advise a prise on a product I order that product while it was in stock and they canceled muly order and would not honor the purchase price. The customer sevuce Tema were extremely rude as was the manager I would never recommend ship8ng a this sams. I will also be filling a complaint with corporate. They people are horbble!

I had been directed from 2 other Sams to come to this store because the 10'x14' gazebo for 1500$ is in stock. I talked to a representative on the phone the day prior and they assured me they had two in stock plus the floor model. I drove all the way to the store to purchase it and asked to speak to a manager. Floor manager "Mark" is who came to speak to me. He informed me they do not have any in stock and if I want to purchase the floor model I will have to come in and disassemble it myself after the store is closed. All of the others store I went to stated the store would disassemble the floor model and have it ready for pick up. He was very rude and unhelpful throughout the conversation I had with him. Customer service shouldn't be making it harder for you to make a purchase especially a high dollar one.

Got gas here. Their prices were the lowest. Busy but not crowded. They get my business due to price and quality.

What makes our experience better is a great employee named Carrie. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and ready to assist with anything out on the floor. Strong little gal with great attitude and always busy. If all employees were like her, I'd rate a 5.

A consistent lack of customer care is what I have observed over the years here. After waiting in line a second time to puchase a cup of frozen yogurt, The angry faced Asian girl in the back of the cashier yelled "We're closed!" and followed with a two handed "strike out" gesture. I get it. But she could have done it a bit more courteously. It's fine though. I'll put up a posting about this on my social media look and consider renewing my Costco membership at their new store in Longmont. It's the right thing to do when treated like ?️?

Love scan and go. Their pricing is better than Costco, I have both. I like being able to start at 8am on Saturday with plus. Delivery is hit or miss though.

Terrible customer service and zero follow through if you need any help. Treated poorly when trying to resolve an issue they should’ve fixed with my same day delivery ordered that was never delivered. Do not recommend any delivery service from them and do not expect quality from their employees
