Pharmacy techs walk a fine line violating HIPAA, as I get my covid19 booster. Looking at my printed form that has my medical information, my vaccine card, and continually asking me questions out loud.....as if I'm trying to "sneak in early" to get my vaccine. I will look into who I complain to that's higher up. It's NOT your job to sort out who gets vaccines. The vetting process is already done when you make the appointment. Don't try to be heros. It's not your place.

I never leave reviews, but I’ve had too many bad experiences at this pharmacy. Simply being a customer feels like an inconvenience to the staff, there’s usually a very slow moving line (currently in line and have been waiting 20 minutes), and my meds have never been ready when they are scheduled for pick up.

I had two great experiences here while I was travelling back home. Kurt was extremely helpful getting my prescriptions transferred and the staff was all very friendly.

Best place to be treated like a POS who doesn't have a life....I went in two weeks aqo to get a Western Union money transfer and was told by the acting store manager (Sahma or something similar, usually there at night) that I needed to wait 15 minutes so her employee could take a break and she could not help me which I find not only ridiculous, but also one of the worst displays of Customer Service I have ever seen. I was in line when she relieved this employee for break, with that being said....You should be able to fully execute the functions of the employee she was relieving for break and not feed me a line of S*#t. That brings us to tonight! Not only was it the dumbest thing in the world to remove the "Self Checkout" lanes in your stores to start,.... which is what ultimately caused my second issue tonight. I walk in around 9 PM....had only 2 items to buy but when I got to the check out there is only one lane open....8+ people in line and the majority where full cart customers, needless to say It would have been close to a 20+ minute trip to the store when it should be no more then 5 mins. Once I was in this ridiculously long line I see the store manager (Sahma again)come over and check out the situation. The idiot gives us the once over and proceeds to walk the opposite direction of this insanely backed up situation that she should have jumped in to help fix. I hope you fire that ridiculous excuse of a manager because she is hurting your store in a major way. I have not only managed people for over 10 years and in customer for service for 20 years and I have never ever seen a more poor excuse of customer service ever!!!! I saw at least 2 people other then myself set their stuff down and leave....she is losing you money!!!!! I am not Einstein...but if this was my store the waste of space you call a manager would be unemployed so fast her head would spin. Fix this problem...I have been shopping at this particular store for 20 years, King Soopers is worth the drive if this is the level of service you are going to offer your customer. Completely and totally disgusted with her everything!!!
