Over the last 2 years we have had cause to change windshields 3x times. A week ago unfortunately we caught a small stone on the hwy.
This caused a Quarter coin size spider web on the lower left of the windshield. We setup an appointment for a house call to fix the damage. This morning, Daryl arrived earlier than expected, but in the time slot we arranged.
In less than 10 minutes, the spider web was gone and all that remained is like a spec of dust.
I can't thank the whole team especially Daryl the tech who performed the repair. Along with the young lady in reception who set everything up.

Really disappointed with this place all around. The initial windshield replacement charge was already extremely high and then when my windshield needed a simple chip repair a few months later they quoted $165. Went elsewhere for less than half that price. I never even complained about the initial installation guy spilling glue on my car's door handle. Would never recommend anyone go here for this rip off.

Staff here are friendly and fast. I had a 3pm appointment and Patrick had my car back to me in less than half an hour. Love that my insurance covered the chip repair. This is a great location! They are busy so making an appointment is necessary.

Quoted price of $600 went up by $350 to $950 when I arrived at my appointment. Bait and switch scam.

Visited on 6/24/24. Staff at Safelite on Main St in Longmont were fantastic. Eric gave me a realistic assessment of the chip in our Tesla roof, the front desk scheduling person was super helpful and the technician Vince was great in explaining what they could do to help repair the chip.

i can’t get a person to talk to me. the only line process was just a run around, and i can’t get an appointment. this should be easy but it’s not. they don’t pick up when i ask for assistance. i don’t think they bother.

A few weeks ago my car got broken into and I needed to get my passenger window replaced. Setting up the replacement was easy online, and Brady and his companion were great at communicating when they were going to come to my house to replace my window. When they arrived, they offered to drive my car to the shop close by so they could use their vacuum there and I agreed, and when I got the car back the window was perfectly installed AND they went the extra mile of vacuuming up every last bit of broken glass in the car, not even just the passenger side where the window was replaced. They were so kind and it made my day after having gone through a stressful experience! They also waived the recycle fee since my window was smashed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs replacement glass.
