Hello I am giving this cashier a 1 star. I would’ve Gaven her a 0 star, but it’s fine. This cashiers name was Ximena. Ximena was very rude. When she was attending us she had an ugly attitude. You could tell that she definitely did not want to be there by the look of her face. Another thing is that she didn’t speak any Spanish to my mother. When we went to the store I went with my mother that doesn’t speak English and she didn’t speak any Spanish to her even though. Last time I went she was speaking Spanish to her coworker. Talking smack about someone. Which is VERY rude. If she is working in customer service she should have a good attitude and not a pissy one! She also had a very bad attitude with another one of her coworkers. This lady was very sweet and kind. The lady told Ximena something and Ximena gave a her pissy response. Ximena did not have to act like that! please do something about his because this is not okay.

I personally do not shop at this Ross any longer because I’ve also experienced horrible customer service here. Not every customer is a “meth addict” (as another reviewer accused two of the people who wrote reviews which was quite ignorant and unnecessary) just because they had a bad experience. It is actually possible, and true, that the Ross employees at this location could use some training on customer service and common courtesy. Why bother shopping here when Marshall’s is right next door with nice employees and better merchandise?!

Dear management,
I want to share with you my last experience in your store longmont
With no exaggeration it’s the worst costumer service i ever seen
The cashier were very rude with my sister first while she was doing the payment by asking her about her slippers if it’s from the store or she paid for it .
When i want to see two bags to buy them i was waiting about 20 minutes to find someone to unlock the bags for me .
The girl working wasn’t so happy about that
She took the bag straight to the cashier , when i asked that i want to see it first she said it’s not possible to let me go to see it at the mirror with a lot of attitude.
I didn’t say anything and i didn’t want to buy it anymore obviously because of the worker’s behaviour
I just want to pay what ever i choose and leave.
When i was paying a guy entered with no uniform or name tag, in a very bossy way like there’s something suspicious and was looking to my card information on the system of the cashier.
I didn’t want to escalate the situation i took my stuff and
left .
Just after we walked out of the door 4 of them the 3 girls and 1 guy where staring in a very unusual way until we reached the car .
So i decided to go back with my brother and law to check if there’s something wrong with the payment or whatever it’s
We were talking in a very respectful and professional way however we didn’t get that back .
They were super rude and loud, they used streetlengo .
We asked for names so we can report what happened, they refused to give us.
They called the police and we get band from the store.
I really recommend you to check the cameras even if there’s no sound , it’s obvious from the body language.
It’s so sad and disappointed.
It’s not a way to treat a costumer.

Just got home from my second trip today. The first time, I had to leave while I was trying to birthday shop for my grand daughter. This man whom I believe made a review a few hours ago as well as his mom.. He physically assaulted the girls who worked there… I saw him choke one of the young cashiers he was so crazy!!! They made a fuss for no reason and they belong in jail for abusing the women here! Every time I have come here I have been served with wonderful customer service. These people making reviews need to be in the loony bin for their abusive behavior… I had to leave because of the man and his mom for their outrageous behavior!!!! He said he would hurt them when I was going to my car!!! He is a scary man and he almost gave me a heart attack. I was scared he was going to hurt me and everyone else in the store as he already abused the workers! I feel so sorry for the women he abused here!! When I came back tonight they were oh so wonderful and kind and offered to help me to my car. Thank you Ross staff for your amazing customer service everytime I come here!!

If i could give negative stars I would give -99999999 ⭐️ awful service. Rude and not polite employees.. especially, the loss prevention manager who doesn’t act professional. They were rude and disrespectful to the point that I think they were RACIST. They were not helpful at all and when we did ask for the help they acted like it was a big deal. They kept staring at us, looking at us up and down. It made me feel uncomfortable like they were suspicious i was a thief. When we faced them about their rude behavior they called the cops on us for trespassing!!!
If you are reading my comment DO YOU REALLY THINK that we will go back there!! I wouldn’t go back there even if you pay me ??♀️?

I've shopped here about 15 years never an issue. The particular assortment of people working their must have assumed my family was shop lifting and after paying for our clothes the loss prevention manager and arrogant cashiers called the police to have us trespassed. ? As a business owner who does the hiring, my skin literally crawls at the thought of the cashiers and lpm that Ross has working for them. I'm thinking about how if my employees treated customers like this id be terribly embarrassed. ?

Ross just isn't what it used to be. Often it's not clean and I don't find hardly any clothes that I like anymore. Occasionally I hope to find something when I pop in but often I don't.
This day in particular, the few sections that I visited were tidied up.

Crazy lady on drugs screaming at all customers and employees today, think she had a psychotic breakdown… She scared my kids.. Feeling so sorry for the poor employees that had to deal with her.. All employees and managers were so kind and apologetic for her behavior!!
