Ross just isn't what it used to be. Often it's not clean and I don't find hardly any clothes that I like anymore. Occasionally I hope to find something when I pop in but often I don't. This day in particular, the few sections that I visited were tidied up.

Crazy lady on drugs screaming at all customers and employees today, think she had a psychotic breakdown… She scared my kids.. Feeling so sorry for the poor employees that had to deal with her.. All employees and managers were so kind and apologetic for her behavior!!
