Really impressed with Dennis! I contacted Dennis Flanagan about an investment property in Longmont. He provided financials on the investment return and compared the property I was considering with what is and has been available. He didn't just sell me on the property I asked about, instead he advised me on what is best for me. I'll definitely use his expertise again.

We had Kit Magley sell our home in Longmont, CO and accepted a generous offer after being on the market just 3 weeks. Kit was amazing to work with and is the most skilled realtor we've ever worked with. Several months later, we utilized Kit's expertise again and purchased a home in Loveland, CO. Would highly recommend Kit to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate. She's simply the best out there!

This review is intended to be about Agent Laurell Richey. Laurell is one of the best realtors in Colorado.She is an expert and has a ton of experience. Laurell helped us find our first time house a couple weeks ago. The process was super smooth. Her expertise is incredible. She even went above and beyond and helped us with moving. Who does that? Laurell Richey! Highly recommended.

EVERYTHING! We found Kit quite by accident, and have been thanking our lucky stars ever since! Moving is inherently stressful, and we would not have made it through without Kit. Truly. She told us that her job was to make the process as easy as possible for us, and she did everything (and I do mean EVERYTHING) she possibly could to ease the process for us. We have never experienced anything close to the personalized, attentive service we were provided by Kit. Throughout the entire process, we felt we were working on a project with a close friend; because we were. That's how Kit relates to her clients, and it speaks to the expertise and excellence with which she approaches her job. She deftly guided us through the process - advising us, advocating for us, and tending to every minute detail, so that we wouldn't have to. There were no problems, or issues, that Kit was not able to navigate for us. Without Kit, this entire experience would have been WAY more stressful. Kit Magley is by far the BEST Realtor I have ever used. She was very attentive to our wishes in a new home. She was able to learn about our family uniquely. She was part of the buying process the whole way and provided great, sound guidance when needed. Kit is amazing at building relationships and provide support when needed. We had an issue with an inspection that needed to happen and she was able to contact someone that day on our behalf and they attended to the inspection for us. Again, she was part of the process and an amazing person to boot. Very personable and supportive, day and night. If we happen to buy another property in the future, she will be my only call for a Real Estate Agent!!! Thanks for all you Do Kit Magley!!!

Used Kit Magley for second time, when selling our house this month. She is amazing! VERY knowledgeable, and protects her clients throughout the entire process!We are currently out of town, and Kit went above and beyond to ensure we were able to complete everything from afar, and she met several contractors multiple times for us, in order to get the house prepared to show, even once waiting at the house for over an hour while I had to rearrange for another contractor to meet her there after the first one canceled!If you want to ensure you have somebody who's 100% on your side, doing everything to protect you and your investment, Kit is the realtor for you!THANKS Kit!!!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of having one of their realtors as the listing agent on the house I just bought, Kit Magley. Most rude, unkind, aggressive, unprofessional businesswoman I have ever encountered. If you want the home selling/buying process to be pleasurable, I advise you do not work with Kit! She even brought her husband to our new house, who is not associated with realty at all and had him scream at me, and damage our front door as he slammed it. Very rude folks indeed.

Amy is the very knowledgeable and professional broker who recently helped me in the sale of my mountain property. Diane was great to work with. Explained contracts and process very well! She sourced great local people to inspect the home. We’ve used the Noel team a couple times now and will not use any other realtor.They’re invested in our happiness and to get the best value for selling and buying our house. We know that they will always be honest in everything we ask and they are very reputable for that as well in their industry.Their communication was always so amazingly quick!Overall we appreciated that their ultimate goal is to see that we got our dream house even though the process during the pandemic was not easy.
