“I have tried several other banks in the early days of running my business. 1stbank is sooooo much more seamless and professional when it comes to running accounts. They are available in person or via phone (offering 24/7 English speaking customer service shows exactly how much they value providing the best service). I had questions this week about some recent transactions that took 20-30 minutes to resolve. Christine at the Hover branch was a patient angel with my situation and took the time needed to get all of my questions answered and never once made me feel rushed to move along. 99.9 percent of my interactions at this bank have just been stellar. Highly recommend for business banking.”

Besides being the best bankers ever , today when my truck would not start when I was done banking, Garret actually came out and gave me a jump start with his own vehicle and when that didn't work he helped us push the truck to a better spot where I could work on it, what a life saver !
