A/c in my 2013 Escape died on a 100 degree day. My very amiable service coordinator was Erik Wolken. He was very professional and responsive and did what I asked, keeping me apprised of the progress by phone. I highly recommend this Ford Service Center and Erik Wolken

Changed oil and cleaned exterior. Were not pushy about recommended maintenance. Visit did take a long time 1.75hrs and nobody was clear when i asked how long it would take when asked beforehand.
