I ordered then within 2 hrs. changed my mind and cancelled my order they will not respond. I've emailed them 5 times and no response. so in the future I will not be doing business with them. i recommend. staying away from them

I have over 20 years of experience in customer service, known for consistently elevating customer satisfaction and retention across various companies. My patience, kindness, and genuine care for people are my hallmarks. Initially drawn to this liquor store by glowing Google reviews and its well-maintained ambiance, I enthusiastically recommended it to friends and colleagues. For the past several months, I've been a loyal daily customer, even for non-alcohol items, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the gentleman who appears to manage the store.However, my recent experiences with an employee, who is notably disrespectful, snappy, and excessively rude, have marred my impression. This individual appears infuriatingly dismissive, frequently rolling her eyes and looking sideways when customers speak, and seemingly takes offense when customers inquire about liquor-related matters, despite her apparent lack of knowledge. Today, my patience reached its limit as her behavior crossed yet another unacceptable line.

The NEW owners have really stepped it up here. DRIVE-thru or stop in. The store I s incredibly neat and the staff is very friendly. Definitely check out the vape menu, Best prices in town. Shop owner has cute plants and music playing, great vibe. I'll be back!

Woah. They have these dope Pi9000 Elf Bar vapes and they are amazing. I've only tried 4 flavors so far but they are all delicious. Very concentrated flavors. This shop has so many flavors and kinds but these are by far my favorite. The staff vapes and they gave great flavor recommendations. Thanks for making my wife happy she loves these.

I got charged for a drink I got it was 3.49 and I got charged for 4 dollars for this drink because I had a card and you have to make a 6 dollar payment on a card wich is not legal on a debit card in Colorado so if you want to get robbed the go to this store bad business I'll be calling the bbb in the morning to have them be audited thank you for not do the right thing
