I had a person show up announced at 7:24 pm and called maintenance to see what it was about. He told me if I don’t like the service I should move out. Then I contacted PMP and tried to express my unhappiness and she said, “I’m gonna hang up you now” then she did. I’ve never missed a payment in 8 years.

I mean what wasn't there to love? The amenities like extra cardio because you will never have a place to park, being charged extra for their maintenance personnel to maintain things in the building like the water heater, on site drug dealers for those looking for the special plug in their life, used needles all over the grounds, and drug addicts hanging out in the hallways, dumpster corral, and patios. What's even better is the fraud and extortion brought to you by the unforgettable Monika. She loves to tell you that you were a horrible person and not worthy of their slum. She will even wait the entire 60 days after you move out then threaten to send you to collections if you do not pay their extortion in 10 days. I am willing to bet very few if any security deposits get returned as it appears her hustle is to make up fake services, damage, and take advantage of those that don't know any better. She loves to do things like bill 10 hours of cleaning for an apartment that didn't need it, claim to replace things not needed, charge you for items not provided or broken by their staff, do unnecessary painting, charge for carpet cleaning that likely was never done, etc. She tried to stick us with over $1,000 in fraudulent fees. Sure she kept knocking them down after she realized she was caught in a lie but we were still charged an unreasonable amount as to what the apartment needed. It was fraud. What's even worse was her insulting my family during all of this. PMP is a unprofessional group of con-artists that needs to be shut down. Avoid this company like the plague and do not rent from these slum lords if you do not want to be ripped off.

Matt Kuntz was my PMG agent, and he was extremely helpful through the buying process. He was responsive and happy to answer my many questions as it was my first home purchase. I highly recommend Matt and PMG!

Slumlord. Billed me for a carpet cleaning after we shampooed the apartment twice over. The carpets should have been changed out before I even moved in. Over 1000 dollars in cleaning fees, despite the apartment being immaculate when I moved out (short of one small drywall patch that I didn't feel like doing and was happy to be billed for). Do NOT rent from them. If you do, don't expect your security deposit to be returned.
Management also refuses to return phone calls, won't answer basic questions, and is generally unpleasant to deal with for any reason. Shoutout to Monika for being one of the most terrible people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.

IF I was able to give this company NO STARS I would! They took my application fee, then informed me of the monthly income needed to rent a Studio apartment (which was a real POS), and since I didn't meet the requirements, I lost the application fee! I'm going to contact Kyle with Channel 9 News! ANYONE ELSE SHOULD DO THE SAME!

The property I live in is a dump. 30 year old carpeting that doesn't even go aii the way to the walls. 15 year old cabinet surface peeling up. I moved here in 2015 when it was owned by a nice family. Property has been bought and sold 3 times and my rent went from $600 to $1050 in 9 years.

We went through a lengthy application process with PMP. We put our application on a house just to be told the owner wanted to go a different direction. So we moved it to another house, waited over a week, just to be told someone was accepted first. So we moved onto a THIRD house. Went to a showing. Had everything ready to go. They called me four days later after I noticed the listing was removed and I called them, leaving a message, and said the owner wanted to move back in for two months. Turns out they never even filled out the paperwork we needed for the process. Be wary. Beware. Look somewhere else. Don't waste your time or stress on this company. On the plus side though, after a conversation they did refund my application fees.
