Nothing to do with this location specifically, but premium auto glass and safelight auto glass avoids at all costs talking to their prospective clients. I had a very specific question and trying to get a hold of anyone via their answering service...but the answering service doesn't give you an option to talk to anyone. Luckily they have chat option on their website that was able to tell me that they CAN replace a very specific item but even they just give you the same phone number you find online to make an appointment. I tried to make an appointment online (because that's the only way you can make an appointment) and they give you options on what you want replaced but none of the options provided are what i needed that I was just told they were able to replace via the chat online option. The least they can do is add an 'other' option so that my quote is accurate.

An installer stole $50 from the center console of my Jeep. I let the owner know about the situation and he couldn’t have cared less. This is fair warning to lock up your belongings, or they will be stolen by this company.Service: Auto windshield replacement
