The place smells really bad, and the restroom and showers are really dirty, especially the people who go into that gym are really nasty, but the employees don't keep up with the place.

This place is clean, has lots of equipment and lots of availability - basic amenities but gets the job done efficiently and pleasantly. I always enjoy it and feel great when I’m done. All I need with few frills.

Checking account required for auto pay, no spa tub, sauna, steam room or pool. I like that it's close to my house. Purple equipment is lovely. Black card benefits are good. The no auto pay by credit card thing really bugs me. I don't trust a gym to have enough security for that info.

I've been going to this gym for 2 years now. It's time for a review. The main issue I have is the showers. Moldy, smelly nasty, yellow build up from not cleaning them. I guarantee they haven't been cleaned in months. It's a health hazard. It's truly disgusting. The shower head on two showers leak heavily. Hit or miss which showers have a functioning light. And there's hardly any hot water.
Another issue I have is there's always a paper towel dispenser out while there are 1-2 employees looking at their phones doing nothing.
Lastly is the bums. I had sympathy when I first started working out there but enough is enough.

Nice gym with lots of equipment ,clean. Standing booths and Bed tanning available for black card members.They need some hand sanitizer pumps replaced but that is minor. Convenient clean gym with nice employees.

I've found Planet Fitness to be a great value for the price. However, maintaining a consistent workout routine, especially in the early hours, has been a challenge due to occasional delays in opening. While some staff members have been accommodating by opening a bit earlier, there have been instances where the facility hasn't opened on time. I’ll add this is in no part due to The lack of kindness of the staff.
I’m writing this on May 20th, I'm currently waiting in the parking lot, 25 minutes past the scheduled opening time. Despite this, I appreciate the convenience of the location near my home. Knowing that it's free to switch locations within Planet Fitness, I've decided to try the other Longmont branch for a more reliable experience. I’m sure anyone who works out later in the day doesn’t run into this experience.

I understand this should be a judgment free zone but patrons shouldn't cause distractions and discomfort to other patrons. I loved this facility for the first month I was going. Not too busy and the staff in the mornings are super nice.
On a few occasions I noticed a man on a laptop, ok whatever. Well.. then twice I saw him looking at images of women in suggestive poses (staff later told me they are comics). I asked a staff member if anyone else has mentioned their frustration with this guy and he admitted someone else had complained. The next time I saw this person, I was fired up and spoke to a different staff member and I almost cancelled my membership right then. The gentleman I was speaking with was able to diffuse the situation and let me know I can speak with the club Manager. Gio (club manager) called me a few weeks later and I explained why I gave a 1 star rating on their feedback request. He said he would talk to the laptop person and see what can be done. It's been 2 months now, never did hear back from Gio but the South Longmont Location is soooo much better. Patrons are actually serious about their fitness though I do miss the friendliness of the staff at this location.

A thousand elliptical machines that NO ONE EVER USES but not nearly enough of what people do use.
My recommendations as requested are: put in more weightlifting benches. If you need space to do so, throw away some of the ellipticals.

It was good until 8pm. I didn't know they closed so early on Saturday and Sundays. Therefore my workout was cut short.
