“I have been to this place multiple times and am very happy. I had a break ABS sensor replaced and a window switch replaced. After a few months the ABS sensor went bad again. They were so kind and replaced the sensor again for free with an OEM one, I couldn’t be more pleased to have someone that will take care of me even if it is inconvenient for them.”

Everyone is helpful, courteous and explains everything. I no longer live here in Longmont but I still make the trip from Colorado Springs just for their service. “Had a major mechanical failure on my F-150 that required a tow into the shop. After parts delays and incorrect parts delivered, I finally got my truck back after 10 days of downtime. It's frustrating but the warranty on the parts is top notch.Josh Anderson in particular needs major kudos. His communication was top notch and he stayed very busy, working diligently for me to get my truck back in service.”

“Elias, the manager is always extremely polite and not forceful with recommendations. I’m always greeted promptly by the staff with a smile. They explain clearly what of my car services are due, but are not forceful if I choose to put certain services off for another day. They also are insanely fast. I don’t think I will be going to any other place for oil changes or other services.”
“First time trying Walmart for tires. I am impressed, ordered the tires online, cheap off-brand Thunderer for a work truck. Scheduled online appointment without any issues. Upon arrival was greeted by staff and overall customer service with all 4 employees working that day was excellent and friendly.
