“These guys bailed me out! I was driving from Boston to San Diego pulling a UHaul and my engine started misfiring outside of Denver. Obviously this was a huge problem as we were getting ready to tow the trailer through the Rocky Mountains with the huge inclines. I called and they slid me in the next morning and had it fixed by noon. Truck has been running fine and got me the rest of the way to California no problem! Huge thanks to them they came through for me.”

We stopped by the shop (without an appointment), and Michael inspected our car within just a few minutes of arriving. We ended up needing to replace the air compressor for my Subaru. Michael took great care of us and was super knowledgeable. He called around to parts vendors’ and got us the best deal he could find. He saved us over $1,000 when compared to the Subaru dealership. “I normally go to the Valvoline on hover but decided to try this location yesterday because I heard they are tremendously better. Service was great and everyone was nice. They even checked my battery which the one on hover has never done before. The only complaint I have is that the younger guy who was closing my hood at the end of the service was struggling to do so and ended up breaking/popping off a piece that goes in the slot where my hood stand leg sits to hold the hood open and I watched as he just pretended he didn’t see that he had done that and just close my hood and walk away. I didn’t bring it up as it was a piece that I knew my car wasn’t going to miss but the audacity he had to just pretend it didn’t happen was crazy.”
“Just had an excellent experience getting my oil changed. MARLANA, NICK, and MARCUS were the team members servicing my vehicle. They worked well together like well oiled machine. They were friendly. The service was very professional and efficient. They changed out my dirty air filter while we were getting the car serviced. The whole experience was very quick - probably 10 minutes total. It really could have been any better. I highly Recommend this Valvoline site for oil changes.”
“I needed to get the oil changed on my brother’s truck. I live almost 2000 miles from Denver. I always do my own maintenance on all my vehicles. I arrived and waited about 10 minutes to get started. They had me wait in my vehicle and then directed me in. I enjoyed their communication as they worked. Simple and efficient. I had found a coupon online and was out within 5 minutes. I was back in Denver and needed to get my oil changed again I’d return. Everyone was helpful and friendly.”

It's frustrating but the warranty on the parts is top notch.Josh Anderson in particular needs major kudos. “Tom and Lucas are good peoples. I had a rattle from a loose heat shield and they fixed me right up and were super reasonable. I've heard good things about them and even tho I drove from Boulder it was well worth it!”
