Horrible service: I asked where graph paper was, and the response I got was “might be in aisle nine if they haven’t moved it yet”. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I went back to find the employee, only to find him on his phone. Yeah, I’ll shop somewhere else.

This Office Max is like a ghost town. They need knowledgeable sales associates. The few employees that were there, were huddled talking together chatting it up. Never once asked if I or anyone else needed assistance etc. Also, as a small business owner and spending a healthy amount on their merchandise, OM needs to simply their rewards program and cut out the red tape. There’s very little incentive to be a rewards member.

Everyone that works at the store is very friendly and helpful. I always find what I need there. Sometimes they are short staffed though like the day there was nobody available to do it a print/copying job for me.

The service at Office Max in Longmont is amazing. I had a photo book I needed to add pages to for my business, Serenity Horse. I sent the new pages over. They printed them and cit them down to the size of the pages of the book. They cut the spine off the book. Then added the pages and put a spiral in to keep it together. It took me several days of goin in, resending new pages I had created in Canva. And every associate was kind and helpful. The manager, Glen, was ultra helpful in making sure it was done correctly.

Basia, the printing center clerk who worked around noon on Wednesday 9/27, was the most helpful individual I’ve encountered in retail in YEARS. Open to a solution to my problem many would have refused she straight up saved my family's day trip! I had to print an entrance ticket I only had a screenshot of and my phone couldn’t connect to the internet to email it. She agreed to take a picture of it with her phone and got it printed for me. I was SO THANKFUL for how much time she saved me! Not only she knows how to operate the equipment she works with, she truly has a customer oriented attitude. She has a sense of humor and is definitely a keeper for your team. I would give her a raise just for being a caring human being in addition to a good employee.

Staff very friendly and helpful. store had all I needed except extra printer ink for my new printer so they ordered me some. I got a 10% veteran discount
