Doug has gone above beyond a few times for me now. I am a single mom and it seams every automotive place has taken advantage of that. He is a hard worker and many nights works until midnight to get ppl back up and running. Thanks!!

During August of 2023 on a road trip my 1986 Chevy K30 had sheered off some bolts on the flex plate and punched a hole in the inspection cover leaving me stranded. Doug then worked me into his already busy schedule and getting me back on the road as quick as possible. Doug did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again.

If I could not give a star I would. We paid Doug $17k to put a remanufactured motor in. Doug had the truck for 3 months and received nothing but promises. When I got the truck back, we had issues, all Doug would state is he will get to me when he can. As a paid in full customer, who already waited long enough for the truck, I shouldn't have had to wait for him to fix the truck. Doug stopped responding to my messages, so I took my truck to McKay's Garage, received prompt service and my truck runs better than ever. I do not recommend Doug.

Working with Doug is an absolute pleasure. I recently acquired my favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned. I asked Doug to have a look at it for me, since I live on the east coast. He identified some issues the previous owner was unaware of and did the necessary repairs. I had it shipped out to me, sight unseen, and I’m not in the slightest disappointed by Doug’s work or review of the vehicle. It’s exactly as described and performing well! Was working on replacing my crankhub and timing chain on my F80 M3 and unfortunately had an aluminum bolt snap off at the back of the oil pan in a very hard to access place.. The block is aluminum too which made it all the more tricky. I tried EZ outs and drilling but I finally got to a point where I was stuck and about to do more harm than good. Doug to the rescue. He came out and after a good amount of fighting was able to get it out and save the threads without needing a helicoil.. very knowledgeable, honest and talented. I got my M3 up and running shortly after thanks to him and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again should I need them. Thanks again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Doug takes tremendous pride in his work, has an unparalleled attention to detail, puts in the time and care to provide the very best service, and clearly explains his work and options for prepare to his customers, and is very affordable in his prices. As a person, Doug has one of the kindest hearts of anyone I've met, has a strong work ethics, and takes the time to get to know his clients, their vehicles, and their needs. Straight Shooter. Understood what I did to my van, understood that I'd be willing to get my hand dirty should the job be simple but long. Turns out he was able to get me between jobs on a short notice and figure out the source of the issue within an hour. Now my van is up and running again. Straight Shooter.In a pinch and with little notice, Doug was able to take a look at my truck between jobs. He understood that I was willing to wrench should he get me started but he managed to have my van running within his hour of diagnosing.When you have a big van or truck getting towed is rough, have Doug come over, will save his number.

I'm sorry I just can not let this one star review from Jack Ruddy go with nothing said. The real story was he tried to fix it himself destroyed it in the process. We had a waiting process because other people was paying the re pairs. And there was only one out of 20 plus salvage yards we called. That was in Texas. Shipping delays around Christmas is expected. In the mean time we did other repairs fuel line ect. Because he kept adding to his list. Then the money he saved, He was able to take a week vacation. So it delayed the truck from being pick up another week.

They took three months to replace a door and fuel line, when I got the vehicle the door was not wired and so the dome light is stuck on. My window switch was also stolen while in their keep and never replaced. Broken promises, would not use again.
