5 stars all the way for the Nelson team! As a loan officer it is important to have great lines of communication with all sides of the real estate transaction. Heather and the rest of the Nelson team were top notch to work with! I highly suggest using them! Heather and the Mike Nelson team were wonderful. They answered all of our questions and handled some significant issues with great poise. Brooke was all over things (almost before I could hang up the phone) and the entire team helped out when needed. On top of all of this, Heather has a great referral network she can tap into. When our new home closing was moved up by three weeks, Heather set us up with Darlene Dion with Window Wizards to help us clean. Darlene assured me "We've got this" and everything went along without a hitch. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Heather and the entire Mike Nelson team.
