If you are in need for a machine, this is the place to come. I was amazed at the ability of the new serger and sewing machines. I've gone into Maggie's for service on my sewing machine and serger. Both are very dated models. I went in just to pick up thread and I was getting curious about the sergers because mine was becoming a pain in the butt with manual threading. My eyes just can't do it anymore. I was shown sergers that self-thread by Maggie's son. I don't know what I was more fascinated with, the idea of a new serger or watching Maggie's son teach me about it. What self-threading sergers why that's crazy. They were having a very good price on this one particular unit. I thought about it but nah not today. One week later I went in and bought it. I have not stopped sewing since. When a human does more work trying to serge than the serger does for the human it's time to buy. Now fast forward 2 months, my 94-year-old mom says I want a sewing machine. So we started at one of the local fabric stores. I saw what they had. Mom was pretty excited with the thought of sewing again. I called up Maggie's and they had one in our price budget. So I went to Maggie's. You see I was eyeing another sewing machine for myself but I always thought they were too complicated. You got to love Maggie and her son's personal touch. They know their products. Maggie sat me in front of the sewing machine that I've been eyeing (which by the way was a good price) and showed me what it could do. Okay I'm blown away with the new computerized easy to operate not to be intimidated sewing machines. I bought it and I am not regretting these two decisions at all. If you need sewing machines or vacuum cleaners worked on this is THE place to come. If you need to buy embroidery machines, sewing machines, sergers, vacuum cleaners,fabric, thread, notions, additional parts for your vacuum cleaner or sewing needs this is a place to come. They know their products and can teach you on anything they have in stock. I've gone back a few times to get additional lessons on my two new machines. I'm very happy I found this place with professionals understanding the items that they sell. Both Maggie and her son will demonstrate the machines. Well I didn't buy on the first time in when I was contemplating, what Maggie's son showed me stayed in the back of my head. I had to go back and get it and I have not second guess my decisions. I love my baby lock serger and sewing machine. I have not stopped sewing in fact I'm even enjoying it more because I have machines that are easy to operate easy to thread. Thank you Maggie and son for making me enjoy sewing again. Yes my mom is getting a sewing machine and I'm delivering it to her tomorrow. UPDATE.. My mother loves her new sewing machine and these are the stuffed animal she made. She loves this sewing machine cuz it can go really slow without a using a foot pedal. Do you believe it a sewing machine without needing a foot pedal!

Very rude and disrespectful. Maggie posts very rude and controversial content on competitors Facebook pages. There’s several baby lock dealers out there, there’s no need to shop here.

Maggie is great. Show concern for her customers and does not oversell what you need. Has a great selection of quilting products. My wife loves her Baby Lock sewing machines.

Employees very nice and helpful, they do need to be more aware of there fabric in the walk way, so there customers don't trip and hurt there selfs.

I like Maggie's, she tries to carry fabrics that you can't find at other stores. They also carry lots of tools, patterns and embroidery supplies.

Yesterday my husband and I arrived at Maggie's carrying a sewing machine with a cover for a patio table and chairs stuck in the machine. I'm not a sewer and I had borrowed a sewing machine from a friend for a small project. After sewing literally one stitch the needle got stuck and the machine wouldn't move. Maggie met us at the door and together with another employee fixed the machine explaining all the while what she was doing and how I could do it should this happen again. Maggie then sewed the two things I was trying to do completing my project for me. She refused to take any money for her services. She was friendly, kind, and exceedingly helpful . I would go there for any sewing need and cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Had my sewing machine serviced recently. Turn around faster than expected. Was having post service issues (operator error it turns out) and Margaret helped me work it out. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I love this store! I went in there on a "whim" and I am now a faithful customer. Love the fabric. The staff is very helpful and you can tell that they like what they do. UPDATE: we won't be back. One employee came out of a back room to inject herself into a conversation that had nothing to do with products in their store. I understand everybody has an opinion and she felt strongly about hers and that's okay. She needed to save that for her friends because it drove this customer away permanently.
