Longmont Winnelson contracted with AGS Construction to fix construction defects at The Peloton condos in Boulder. The Peloton paid AGS in full. When AGS went out of business, Longmont Winnelson extorted the residents living at The Peloton, sending threatening letters, claiming a lien on the property. Unfortunately the Peloton's legal council paid this extortion demand (thus paying twice), rather than fighting this frivolous lawsuit. Do not do business with this company, as they engage in extortionist business practices.

I needed a repair kit for a badly leaking 32 yr old Woodford freezeless anti-siphon outdoor hose faucet. It was spraying water so bad that I had to shut off the water valve to my house as there was no local inside shut off to that outdoor faucet. I went to Home Depot with out success. Then, I tried a local landscape plumbing supply store without any luck. The guy tried to look it up online to see if they could order parts and concluded that Woodford did not make that valve any more and therefore did not sell repair parts. The alternative looked like calling a professional plumber to replace the entire freezeless anti-siphon wall valve which might entail cutting a big hole in my siding and probably a several hundred dollar $$$ repair bill. (Plus the headache of repatching and repainting my siding...) FORTUNATELY, I found Winnelson Co. and went to there Longmont store. They not only had the 8-piece repair kit, they had it in stock and very reasonably priced. The customer service at the store was friendly and professional. They gave me clear advice on how to install it. It took about 10 or 15 minutes to repair it. Goodbye leaky water faucet. Spent less than $25 to do it myself and probably save $$ hundreds. I highly recommend Winnelson Co in Longmont as a great local plumbing supply resource and urge other Longmont and surrounding area homeowners and contractors to support this store. Big Thumbs UP and 5-STARS from me!
