This father and son busienss is teriffic - we bought a Stihl weed whacker and they gassed it and tried to start it - when it had difficulty, they put it away and got us another!

Ryan was helpful and handed me over to Jim with the technical help I needed. I live 3 hour drive away and Jim got the parts out to me quickly and was super knowledgeable.I would definitely use them again.

My snowblower was having issues. Joe was the tech on the fuel problem. I knew it had an air leak but did not have the time to repair it. Super nice people. Very straightforward fair and trustworthy. Glad I found them.

I have been over to LOP many times over the years. I have always walked out with a positive feeling from my experience there. I have always thought of the place as the Stihl shop.I've started a firewood operation on my property. I have a lot of scrap wood as a result of having my friend's sawmill here. We were having difficulty getting my old chain saw running so I just went over to LOP and bought a new saw.We have needed to bring the saw back a couple of times for very minor adjustments and I was greatly impressed by Ryan, the store manager. He was very kind and did all the work on the saw, free of charge. And very informative on some details on operation of the saw.I would highly recommend LOP for any needs for equipment powered by small gas engines, all produced by Stihl.

Longmont Outdoor Power is the best! We're a professional tree removal/sawmill/custom woodworking company and won't get our chains sharpened anywhere else. This is also where we go for new tools when needed. Great service, even better staffing, and awesome products. Stop in and check them out! It'll be worth your time.
