The staff are friendly, helpful, kind, and professional, and they genuinely care deeply about all the animals, making sure they are happy and healthy. It is an amazing and community-oriented place. Many have had a great experience adopting a new furry best friend or using the well pet clinic, finding the process smooth and easy. People highly recommend the experience for finding a new family member. While staff are great with communication, some note a long wait time during the adoption process. The organization provides all crucial and relevant information beforehand, ensuring animals receive loving attention and meticulous health care.

Was very happy to bring home our new cat after getting all relevant details beforehand. It was a clean and well maintained facility, and the staff care deeply. One less star because it felt like a long wait, around 2 hours start to finish, when the meet and greet took 10 min to make a decision
