Door to door salesperson chose to ignore no soliciting sign which is also called trespassing. Find other ways of selling in the 21st century that don’t involve coming onto people’s private property, especially when you’ve been asked not to. Will never do business here.

I haven’t had my first milk delivery, but had a great sales experience and am really looking forward to my first delivery next week. The salesman, Slava, was very kind and knowledgeable about the product. He left us a free sample which really sold itself - it was so delicious! I did not have to sign up for an account or give my credit card information in order to receive a free sample. When we decided to move forward with milk delivery, Slava helped us set up our online account, promptly delivered our cooler, and generously provided another free sample of a different product for us to try. I will update this review if there are any issues with delivery in the future, but I do not anticipate any problems based on the customer service I have already received.Editing to add that the milk is great and customer service has continued to be wonderful! My whole family thrives on this milk. Thank you!

I’ve been a Longmont Dairy customer for several years. I feel so fortunate to live in a place where I can have old-fashioned milk delivery! I love the taste of their fresh milk and being able to get it in glass bottles. I especially like the 1 quart option. The delivery service is so convenient and such a treat, and I love being able to buy other products along with the milk and have it delivered to my door.

My husband and I have never tried Longmont Dairy Farms until Monday when a very pleasant and cheerful woman came to our neighborhood and was going home to home offering samples (we live in Horse Creek in Parker). We sampled the whole milk and it was delicious. I would subscribe just based on our experience with the Longmont representative (she was that nice), but man oh man, the milk is also very good. We are moving in 2 wks, so I'm afraid we cannot subscribe, but want to shout out the sales representative and also state the the quality of the milk was fantastic. Definitely recommend!!

First I have to say thank you to Brian, for Knocking on my door. Now usually I'm the first one to screen hard at the door because of the amount of soliciting we get, but Brian knew he had a great product. Second, I'm glad he was here I had been waiting for a milk delivery to come to my door, as crazy as that sounds but Royal Crest never knocked.Brian was chill, let my kids taste the product, signed us up and gave us a cooler day of. Looking forward to getting more fresh products and possibly taking the kids up to see the facility some day would be cool since it's in Colorado. ?????

Gentleman clearly cannot read the no soliciting sign on my front door. Knocking and ringing the door bell

Unfortunately they (or the people they hired to go door to door) don't respect "no soliciting" signs. Don't respect businesses that don't respect you.

I’m not a customer yet… but Brian Plattner made me want to be. Just signed up with a competitor but he still knocked on my door and “sold” against them in a respectful professional way. BY FAR the best salesman to knock on my door ever. Looked the part, sounded the part, knowledgeable. Give me 2 weeks Brian, and I’ll be in touch

Milk tastes great and is delivered in Glass bottles. As a New customer of delivered goods - stopped by the Offices of the Longmont Dairy Farms located in downtown Longmont Colorado to inquire whether tours of the milk bottling operations were available. Was advised tours are Not open to the public. Unfortunate company policy not to share how real food is produced.

I have been really pleased with doing business with Longmont Dairy Farms this last couple of years. Dealing with customer service has always been pleasant, and my needs have always been met.I have had some issues with their policies. Such as, what payments they accept; American Express isn’t excepted. I’ve also had some issues with how much I’ve needed to order; a three item minimum is required. Regardless, they were incredibly straightforward from the beginning and clear over the policies they had. Something that I really, really, really appreciate. The ball was that in my court to decide whether or not I wanted to start milk deliveries.Sadly, my life responsibilities have changed, and I am unable to consume the amount of milk that Longmont Dairy delivers. As such, I’ve needed to cancel my delivery of milk. Once again, working with customer service was a breeze and I was able to cancel my deliveries within seconds. If the company’s ownership reads this, I have one recommendation. Please allow more than two delivery skips per month. I would have loved to continue getting deliveries from you, but I can’t accept that many deliveries in one month without spoilage. I hope that someday I can resume my deliveries. You have a great product.
