Worst bakery EVER! do not order or go there for a cake!!! Nobody was in the bakery or around. Waited 25 min for a human to finally show up. Everyone in all other areas are amazing!!!

nice food selection. SLOW checkout lanes. the self check ones are small so hard to even go faster yourself with a weekly trip.

I purchase from King Soopers for our Office. I always have the items delivered. King Soopers recently shipped a couple of items that they did not have in the warehouse. King Soopers DOES NOT provide receipts for shipped items. I have tried for over 2 weeks to get a receipt so I can expense this through the company. Their latest communication was that they could not find a receipt and I should go to www. kingsoopers.com to try and retrieve. That was the first place I started with when trying to retrieve my receipt. If I am not mistaken, merchants must provide receipts to the customers. I wonder how King Soopers gets away with not providing one.

I've been a long-time King Soopers customer and I'm a Boost member who frequently takes advantage of delivery. I've always been happy with the service and the quality of the food they deliver. But recently I placed an order on a Monday night, earliest delivery available was Wednesday morning. No problem. There were a few things we use frequently that were on a great sale, so I stocked up. I bought 15 items that were on sale for $2.99, normally $7.99. Like I said, a great sale. My order was delivered Wednesday morning, and the bill seemed awfully high. Checking the receipt, I saw that I was charged the regular price for those 15 items - so, a difference of $55. I got on chat support, expecting them to help me. But what they told me is that sale prices are only good that same day. So if you want to be sure you're getting that price, you have to take delivery the same day. Since my order was delivered on Wednesday, the sale prices did not apply. They were "sorry." Offered me a $15 "courtesy" credit. HA! I've escalated the matter (waiting to hear) but I'm still so pissed off I had to vent somewhere. In what universe is it OK to sell someone something at one price, and then deliver it and charge 250% more?

I had been meaning to leave a review for this location as I've always found what I'm seeking, usually had a good experience but I haven't really had the need to interact with the staff or required assistance. My review and experience for the most part has been for the baked goods cakes and pastries. The quality and taste have always been exceptional however once the staff is needed they usually make some sort of mistake, fail to provide decent customer service. This has happened with custome ordered cakes and large orders of flowers. Their customer service in these departments has been lacking and needs much improvement.Just this weekend I was put on hold " for 5 min" but employee didn't seem more concerned with what she was doing d3spite saying she needed to go to the back to grab the boxes to put the gourmet cake In. I just opted like before for one that was ready to go.
