Awful. Uncommunicative and very slow, little to no care shown. I am usually very understanding when it comes to these things. Really, I get it and have sympathy, but this pharmacy has been harmful in terms of my medication management.

I have all my prescriptions sent to King Soopers pharmacy because they seem so much more organized than any of the Walgreens these days. The only drawback is that KS closes at 8pm and there's no drive -thru... but everybody's so nice, it's worth it.

Staff is wonderful here and better than the other pharmacies in town. They are always professional, polite and helpful, even when dealing with the Karen's that always seem to be in line.

They close hard at 1 PM on Saturdays.I was on the phone with the pharmacist when the clock changed to 1 PM, and the person hung up on me.When I called back they had closed for the day.My doctor called me in two refill prescriptions for when my current ones run out / expire. I do not need them refilled now, but this pharmacy is trying to go through and bill me before the prescription is filled.Assumed this was just an error, but when calling to fix it, I got hung up on. Apparently at this pharmacy, it’s much more important that their team closes for the day at EXACTLY 1PM, even if someone is on the phone.

This drugstore has the most rude personnel and the worst customer service among its Longmont competitors. This is important. They'll make up an excuse, such as not having enough time to finish a prescription. There was no room for discussion when there were ZERO PEOPLE IN LINE AND THREE STAFF SITTING AROUND. Workers pretending to answer the phone in order to place the caller on wait. They are unable to fill rxs that were submitted two hours ago. They will LIE and say they transferred a prescription for you because they clearly can't handle a simple antibiotic. BUT THEN YOU CALL THEM HOURS LATER. AND THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO TRANSFER THE REFILL. DISGUSTING. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SICK PATIENTS. I'm repulsed by the staff at this store. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED WORSE.

This pharmacy is chronically understaffed and disorganized. I was in my doctor's office when he called in a prescription for me at noon. When I went to King Soopers the next day, they told me there was no prescription and that doctors "fail to send the prescription all the time, even after they said they did". I don't know where the dysfunction is, but it is frustrating and unpredictable. The staff is nice, and apologetic, but there are a lot of apologies.

Sunshine, who works there sucks. Aaron who works in the back and helps the pick up crew sucks. He walked very fast past me almost hitting me with a cart. Sunshine didn't give me my groceries until 1/2 after I checked in to pick them up. Royally passed off. Warren the veteran who worked cashier spread nasty rumors about me and now Catherine who works cashier watches me everything I go to check out on self check out. I ratherly go to this store anymore. Hover store is much better.

I don’t know if there is a new pharmacy manager at this location or what but their customer service is amazing. I rarely leave reviews but this pharmacy deserves a much higher rating than it has. They help save me money and work with me when I am going out of town. Two Thumbs up to everyone there!

Bought two Kroger brand items here, one was 3 months expired and the other was 1 month expired. The manager never said sorry for the expired product I ate, just said "come back and bring them in." I said, "don't you want to know the product to take it off the shelf?", she replied, "oh yeah, sure." Never ever buying food from here. Just toothpaste and soap. This store is disgusting

The King Soopers pharmacy on Hover really went above and beyond to get our prescription. They had a pharmacist on the phone for at least 30 minutes to get a prescription transferred from another pharmacy that didn't have our prescription (just before closing time). We really appreciate their efforts. They saved us hours.
