Sadly I took my truck in because it was jerking while I was driving at first I thought it was the transmission the macanics said there was nothing wrong with my truck & it didn't do it while he test drove it, well it still was doing it so took it back in and at that time I asked them to go threw everything something is wrong, again I was told nothing was wrong, so yesterday 8/22/24 I dedicated to take my truck to a different GM dealership, guess what my whole brake system had to be replaced cost 1600.00, now Glenn the manger proceeds to tell me it's not under warranty, 1st-- the brakes are not under warranty after the first oil change and then gave me the 2nd reason was because it's over 30000 mile mind you I took it 2 times before that mileage & then he came up with a 3rd reason & that was they won't help with the warranty or anything because I took it to a different GM dealership, well I wouldn't have if the macanics would have done their job in the first place, do NOT use their garage macanics they are idiots & cost the customers way more money in the Ling run

I recently had an amazing car buying experience at Mike Maroone Chevrolet Dealership.
Peter, our sales rep, went above and beyond to make the process effortless and quick. He was extremely communicative, ensuring that all the paperwork was verified and ready before I even arrived. This level of preparation made the entire buying process incredibly smooth.
Tim, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He was so nice and helpful, making sure the transaction was quick and straightforward. Both Peter and Tim, along with the entire team at the dealership, made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. Very sketchy place. They were the last place I went to get my car serviced. The guy who did my oil change spilt oil ALL OVER MY ENGINE and did not secure the cap so it is costing me hundreds of dollars to get it fixed! See the photo I have as evidence!
*I am willing to take this review of what they did DOWN if you pay me back money that I had to spend fixing what your mechanic screwed up. Do not give me a number to call and fake follow up. I will NOT remove this post until this is made right. I refuse to go back to your business and would like to be compensated for the mess you made. Do not offer to fix it with one of your sketchy mechanics. It is not fair for me as a customer who trusted your business! You guys ruined my engine!

Purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon Denali from this dealership and it's junk. Supposed to put a new transmission in the vehicle as it was slipping pre purchase. The transmission was installed and they delivered the vehicle to us. Less than a week later the transmission began to slip again. We were told to take it to our local dealer. We did as requested only to get an answer of there's nothing wrong with the vehicle and that the transmission is just learning itself. Here we are 5 months and it still slips.
In short Mike Maroon totally screwed us and sold us a problem. I would highly recommend not purchasing a used vehicle from them as they sell junk.
