Outstanding representative and moving crew. Excellent communication throughout the entire process including a delay caused by our buyer canceling. Not a single piece was scratched and everything was positioned where we wanted. We would definitely use them again.

The moving crew, Wilson, Brad, and Lance, were extremely efficient and careful moving our household possessions from our rented storage facility to our recently purchased home. They were polite, and all clearly felt their number one priority was to do whatever was necessary to please us. This included reassembling some items of furniture and repositioning things as we made layout decisions. This job was first class.

Sales person, Eric, was attentive and was engaged with our move. He brought lots of boxes and moving supplies and on the day of the move brought TV boxes, and actually packed the TVs into the boxes. He had a can do attitude about the things we were trying to move. The guys were great packing and moving. There was a lot of stuff in that truck! Very helpful and friendly and hard working. They were very willing to help me with things that were a little too heavy for me to manage. Very respectful of the property and I did not see any damage caused by all the stuff they moved out of the house. Unloading was the same in reverse and they helped put things where I wanted them. They worked a very long day unpacking the truck. There were a few things that did not travel well, but they didn’t try to hide them from us, and the claim we made was simple and paid very timely. They put together the headboard, which required at least two people, and would have been difficult to do on our own. The new property did not have any damage from all the things that were moved in. They made the whole move less stressful on us, in what can be a very stressful time. Friends of ours called us about moving with Johnson, and we told them that we were very happy with their service. We highly recommend Johnson Moving.

First off working with Mark in home was amazing. Very respectful. The driver Terry was very professional and we had so much trust in him. Ricardos moving team was truly the best. So respectful and so professional. They were fast and funny. The whole experience went so well from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to make my moms move close to stress free. I would highly recommend them.
