Rudy & Martin were absolutely wonderful. Very charismatic and comfortable environment. Went to downsize a ring, they adjusted it perfectly. Rudy went out of his way to test the stone we bought from another seller to ease any doubts we had of authenticity. Will definitely be going back for any future jewelry needs. Thank you so much!

I normally don’t write reviews, but the outstanding service, quality work, and integrity that Martin provided merits a stellar review. I have a ring that two previous jewelers were unable to fix due to not being able to source the right stones. Martin bypassed the sourcing issue by reshaping larger stones to fit the piece and then was willing to stick with the lower price he originally quoted for a simpler, less beautiful solution. Not only was the result stunning and height quality work, but the integrity and creativity he displayed were remarkable.

My husband bought a baggie of loose pearls in to get strung to be a 2 strand necklace. Paid $55.00 in advance. Picked them up then when I put them on, the strings hung wrong, one laid on the other one. Bought them back and was told they were strung with both strings being even. The lower string should have more pearls on it. He strung them wrong! Now he's stating I have to pay another $25. to have them fixed!?! Terrible.

I went to this place a while back. I brought in 3 pieces to get fixed a 2 necklaces and a bracelet. They offered me the deal for them to keep one necklace that they said they couldn't be repaired, and they would fix the other two for free. I agreed but when I went back the same day they only fixed the bracelet. So I said "I want my other necklace back, and I would pay cash for the bracelet repair". They told me they had already melted the necklace down. I do not trust these guys.The reason I am leaving a review now is, because I have more stuff to be repaired, and these guys popped up when I was looking where else I can get jewelry repairs done.

Went to get my watch resized, and the gentleman there (did not get his name) resized my watch very quickly and cleaned my earrings, all for a very reasonable price. He was also very pleasant to be around. I will most certainly be going back here for any of my jewelry needs. I had a wonderful experience here

My daughter had a ring that belonged to her deceased father. Rudy walked us through the entire process of sizing down without losing the integrity of the original design.Excellent customer service, communication, and patience.

UPDATE 9/21/2022. The owner, Rudy offerred to have a local gemologist look at my ring and test the center 2carat diamond( that i believe was replaced) and 3 small diamonds that snapped due to over sizing ring on original visit. The gemologist found that center diamind was low grade and 1.58 carat and had a fracture that ran from top right side of diamond to bottom. Also found that 2 of the 3 small diamonds were lower grade. One was a single cut instead of full cut and second of 3 was a CZ DIAMOND!! I rest my case!!UPDATE!!BEWARE!!!! Just had my ring valued at Erie Gold and Silver!! Diamond is a Moissanite! These crooks switched my beautiful 2 ct real diamond for a fake one!! I am reporting them to CONSUMER PROTECTION District AttorneyTook my wedding ring in to size up! Called and said ring was ready 2 weeks later. Found ring to be too big by about 3/4 inch. Only wanted sized up by 1 size. Sized up 1 3/4 and the eternity band on one side broke because of the stress and 3 small diamonds had fallen out because of the oversizing. . Unable to find 3 sm. diamonds. Had it resized for $150. They wouldn't accept responsibility for over sizing. Ring ready 2 weeks later. Picked it up all nice and shiny and it fit. However, center 2carat diamond looked smaller and scuff mark on left side was missing. I know my diamond was replaced and i know they will never admit this!

I have been to all of the big name jewelry stores in Colorado and after the our third very significant ring these gentlemen made for us we couldn’t be any happier! They were very professional and built us beautiful custom rings from scratch. They made us feel like family every step of the way! We highly recommend these gentlemen for any jewelry purchase big or small.

It was a pleasure to have their service! I took my ring to size up. I usually fit size 6 1/2 so I ordered them that, by the time I went for pickup the ring won’t fit my figure. It was the design of the ring or I might have got my finger fat but none of it was their fault. They went above and beyond to fix the issue for me and the ring was ready for pickup the next day without charging me anything extra for almost one size up and all their hard work. Super friendly as well!! Please give them a try you will not be disappointed :)

My husband and I have been going to this jewelry store for a few years. First off, they are wonderful artesians. My husband had pieces designed for me and they are so unique and of the highest quality. There store is small, but they have the most beautiful one of a kind pieces. I took my granddaughter to be, July 30th is the wedding, to them and they are designing a one of a kind wedding band for her that will blend beautifully with her engagement ring. They are two very personable and helpful men. Try them out….you will be purchasing some very special jewelry.

The best! They created an absolutely stunning custom ring for me to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. It was so fun to dream up the idea of this ring, see the wax ring, and then pick up the finished ring! We talked budget the whole time so nothing was a surprise and they were super friendly and communicative. And I know that this is the only ring like it in the world. Love love love. Would absolutely recommend for custom jewelry.

Nice , small shop with 2 experienced jewelers. Just $10.00 to have new watch battery installed. Have interesting combination of gorgeous expensive jewelry they hand make, plus small amount of inexpensive mass produced jewelry. Not interested in buying estate jewelry.
