I had a wonderful experience leasing a Kia EV6 from Fowler Kia of Longmont. My husband and I were there twice, the first time to look at EV vehicles, learn about their special features, and get information about the cost to lease an EV6. The second visit was to actually lease our favorite EV6. On both visits we felt so lucky to work with Erik! He was very personable and never pressured us in any way. He asked us many questions to determine what features were important to us and was very clear and accurate about the monthly cost of our lease. While we were waiting for the financing to go through, he took us on a tour of the dealership, introduced us to the people in the service department, and helped us schedule our first appointment, checked on us while we were waiting for the finance department, offered us beverages and snacks, and loaned me his charger for my phone. What was most valuable to me was the time Erik spent with us in our new EV, as this was the first touch screen car we had ever driven. He sat in the backseat and explained the different settings, helping us adjust them as needed, led us through the process of connecting our phones to the vehicle, and more! Our EV6 is so clean, quiet, and beautiful. Erik has been sending us emails with helpful links to learn even more about our EV. Thank you so much, Erik!

I purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento (DCT 2.5L Turbo) at the beginning of 2022 (just prior to Fowler taking over the dealership). Service visits were uneventful - no complaints. However, my check engine light came on recently, I brought the car in and was told I needed a new transmission. I was also told there were no loaner cars available while they fixed the car, even though I was given no choice but to leave the car for an extended period of time. The only alternative was to rent a car, paying out of pocket (insurance doesn't cover this kind of expense), with the promise that Kia would reimburse me only $35/day. In Longmont, the cheapest car I could find to rent was $65/day. So now I'm out of pocket the upfront cost of the rental with a "promise" of partial reimbursement. When I got the car back, I gave them my rental receipt and was told it could take up to TWO MONTHS for Kia to process the claim. And...the new transmission LEAKED, so that needed to be fixed, which meant another trip to the dealer. To be fair, they handled this virtually immediately (this was GOOD service). Anyway, it's been over a month. No reimbursement check from Kia, and the dealership tells me there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO to make me whole. So.....I just got rid of the Kia (got a new Mazda). I'll never buy another Kia. It blows my mind how a dealership can totally ruin customer loyalty over something as trivial as covering the cost of a rental car when this was KIA'S fault (a KNOWN transmission problem, BTW - buyer beware) and under warranty.
Addendum: Kia responded to this review and asked me to call the "General Manager." I've called THREE times, left THREE messages, and no response. I'm changing my review to ONE star.

Update: I did call and speak to the GM nice guy named Drew. He apologized and offered me a complimentary service for the one I didn’t receive, assuring me it would be done right this time. Unfortunately, same song different verse, I waited 2.5 hours (for what should have been no more than an hour service). Not having to pay for it was nice, but not worth the 5+ total wait, would have rather paid and been out of there. Do not waste your money or especially your time here!
Just waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change, that I had an appointment for, only to find my car hadn’t even been started with multiple cars still in front of it. It likely would have been another couple hours if I continued waiting. Don’t go here unless you have unlimited hours in your day to waste.

We walked around the lot for about an hour, no one approached us. We test drove 4 cars, they just threw us the keys. We tried to buy a car, they typed up the wrong vehicle 3 times. The vehicle we were purchasing went into detail and came out with dents and scratches. We backed out of the deal and now they’re holding our $500 refundable deposit and claim that “it will take longer to return because it’s end of month”. 3 weeks later, 1 week past end of month and no word yet.
Go to any other dealership that cares about their customers.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR Vehicle here! Horrible experience from start to finish. The communication was horrible. They had my Kia optima for 79 days. Would not give me any updates. Tried to charge me for the dealer loaner because my car was ready and they NEVER called or texted me it was ready! When I went to pick up my vehicle they took over an hour to bring it forward told me they were washing it. Which was a lie they had to jump the car because the battery was bad. Which they did not inform me they jumped it and I needed a new battery. My diagnosis said I would need one in the future not immediately. I let the lady know I was in a rush because I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to a wedding rehearsal. Well my car broke down not even 30 minutes after having it. I missed the rehearsal dinner, I couldn't make it to the hotel I paid for because I didn't have a car. I couldn't make it on time to get my hair and makeup done. The manager that called me was extremely rude, and disrespectful. The best they could do is give me a used battery. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Unless you want to be treated disrespectfully, have horrible communication, and get your car back still broken. I do not recommend at all

All the good reviews looks like paid reviews or reviews by there employees when I bought my Kia sorento2024 ,,I asked them does it have wireless car play they gave me false information,,,I realize it has no wireless CarPlay after a couple of day …They always have a sweet smile and sweet voice…..their sweet voice always become poison when you have problems with your car,,,

Bought our vehicle new with Kia in 2016. 100k warranty ended in December. My wife brought the vehicle in for an oil change at 100500 miles. Technician told my wife to ignore the check oil light that might come on. Which is did randomly from time to time. Sometimes for 20 seconds. Sometimes for a few minutes. But it would always go off. 2 months later engine has catastrophic engine failure. And they won’t do anything to help. Worst customer service and care ever. Of course they don’t think anything from the previous service has anything to do with oil dumping out from the car.
Kia reached out and asked me to call them to talk about the issue.
I have now left a 3rd msg with a 3rd different manager over 3 days and have not had a call back

Oops, this review was meant for the Windsor store..but, same ownership. Have to believe the same level of customer service. Which in the case of the Windsor store, in my opinion, is quite low.
My daughter tried to resolve a warranty issue with the service team at fowler. Results: Boom, back in your face, hard NO on any warranty issue we have a team that can come up with an excuse..for sure! Skilled!

The process of purchasing a vehicle at Fowler Kia was easy, smooth, and as stress-free as buying a new vehicle due to hitting a deer could be. I worked with Nancy Cano who was absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, warm, kind, responsive... she made a an experience that could have been very anxiety-provoking very easy and I am very, very grateful.

Really disappointing when a full floor of sales people are purely interested in helping other customers who want to buy a car. Waiting close to two hours to even see a salesperson to return a lease is pretty ridiculous. We were initially greeted as soon as we walked into the building but as soon as the salespeople learned we actually weren’t there to make a purchase we were just sitting ducks for two hours. If they were short staffed I would understand but when there’s more sales people then there are customers it gets to be a little redundant. If you aren’t there to purchase a vehicle beware

Steve, Dolly and Joe were great at I25Kia in Longmont, CO. Love my new 2020 Kia Telluride. Would purchase from them again.
UPDATE: Just bought my 2nd KIA. Unfortunately, my 2020 KIA Telluride was totaled in a MVC in late 2021. I could just now wrap my head around buying another KIA in March 2024 because the Telluride I loved really left a scar after it was totaled. Decided to go with a 2024 KIA Sorento X-line SX Prestige because it’s mostly me and my husband but still wanted the room for occasional passengers. Had such a great experience in 2020 with this dealership that we decided to go back, but it is under different ownership. Ordered the new Sorento 2024 as above. It came in within the window of 3-4 months. Our salesperson is no longer there after the order placed, but we worked with Erik as our sales person and Greg as our finance person. Erik was patient and calm with our questions and never felt rushed even though it was a holiday. Had a slight glitch of an add on item ordered in March, but Erik, our sales person, and the sales manager working July 4 were able to work with us to resolve the glitch. They do value their new and repeat customers. They are not pushy in their Sales Dept nor in their Finance Dept, esp when reviewing various warranties. In our past experience with this Service Dept, we were always happy with them with the Telluride and will continue with them. We are very happy with the experience of those we worked with and with this dealership and will recommend them to others. Will have them ask for Erik!
